Cheating their customers… have no large cups but still charge you for full price on combos that have large drinks and provide a medium drink. That’s profiting on their “mistake”? Also requested a Mexican pizza with no beans. The box even says “no beans” written on it. It yet when I opened it… you guessed it… beans. They don’t care if you pay more for what you don’t get and don’t want. Lousy way to make money, Yum! Live más! Die Yum! No one company has done more to ruin the fast food industry.Two weeks later: went inside this unit at Florence. Quiet Fathers Day evening with NO internal customers the entire time I was there. Every table needed bussing… floor needed sweeping… four or five employees in the building… only three moving at all… nobody lifted a finger to clean.How do places like this stay open? Is cleanliness and customer service even considered? Or have we all become complacent to these hallmarks of a good company?
Late Saturday, 5/21 I came at 12:30 with 3-4 cars in parking lot. I was told at the DT speaker they were only taking DoorDash and online orders. (??) So, I should pull away and order online and come back? I didn’t have the patience to ask, since this is the second TB I came to this night that was supposed to be open until 2am that either wasn’t open at all, or couldn’t just take my order at the speaker.It’s no problem for me to not spend my money here anymore.
Just left without even getting to order. Went through the drive through sat there at the speaker for more than ten minutes…finally decided to go to the window in case the speaker was broken. Finally got the the window explain what happened and the girl told me the speaker was broke but now fixed. She then took another order before mine, which wasn’t the problem. The problem was I sat there and then was told to come inside and order there. Like I waited all that time to be told to go inside and wait all over again. No way!
Horrible service. Says open 8 am and closed at 1230 but whenever I try to go there to eat because I work night shift they always just close whenever the f they feel. Bad way to run a business. I understand being understaffed but there was clearly staff there because there were cars in the parking lot. Decided they weren’t going to open today
45 minutes to get two soft tacos. Joe Biden could put together a coherent thought before this place can get a basic taco order together. C'mon Man!
Come here to eat because online says open. Get there and the hours of operation say 0700-0100. Awesome. Try to go in and they are closed, no drive thru either. I got there at 0920 hours. Not happy
With 4 cars in the drive thru we sat for over 20 minutes. We also ordered the new freeze drinks and I had to have them remade because they made them as soon as we ordered and by the time we got to the window they were half liquid and they were going to give them to me. Now the positive was the young lady working the window was super sweet
Out of all the taco Bell's I have visited, thank you to the amazing staff for all you do through the pandemic, and thank you for the awesome service today be the model that all the Taco Bell's can mirror to stay open. GREAT JOB!!!
Watched an employee go from taking orders at the window and grab a pair of gloves without washing his hands, blow into the gloves, then put them on and start making food. Completely unsanitary. This’s happened while we have a surge in COVID cases. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
The last 3 times I’ve visited this location I’ve waited an extremely long time.This evening being the worst, standing at the counter for 15 mins while 4 employees walk past me & don’t acknowledge me whatsoever, much less a greeting.The gentlemen next to me waiting to be helped said he’s been standing there for 30 mins & not a word from a single employee…and that was my cue to go!Went to the location further down Dixie Hwy & was helped immediately & given great customer service!
