Went into this store yesterday, ordered a Subway Club which was for my wife, who is VERY sick and is very particular about her food and won't eat it unless it is exactly what she ordered, and it was wrong... admittedly it was more my fault but there was a LANGUAGE barrier, as there seems to be in all the Subway's around here. I politely tried to get the sandwich maker to make another sandwich for my sick wife butshe became belligerent with me and called her " manager " for permission and i didn't understand a word she said. I had even brought the uneaten sandwich back to show that it had not been ate.I am so sick of people coming to OUR country and speaking an unknown language and not understanding what WE are saying...i ONLY went to Subway because that's what she had wanted...I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A SUBWAY SANDWICH!!!
All around amazing store you had such a welcoming greeting as soon as you walk in they are so friendly clean and respectful this will forever be my subway store thank you all so much!!! 100/10 all though it’s a great environment I did get food poisoning… most awful thing I been through.

Ordered a 6 inch Turkey sub & used doordash to deliver to me. For some reason my delivery person thought it was acceptable to leave food that I would be eating sitting on the nasty carpet hallways of the hotel I am staying at. I threw it in the trash. Disgusting.
Friendly staff every time we go no matter the location. There is such a broad selection of subs and salads. The have good cookies too.

This is by far the best subway I have ever been in. The workers are extremely nice. The sandwiches look amazing as they make them. Like for real they go out of their way to make them look like they could be in a commercial. Everything is always fresh. It is located very close to my work so I eat there frequently. They have my order down and get it started as soon as I walk in.
Best Subway in Florence. Very friendly, clean, food was great!
