To clarify this, I used the drive thru, but that choice was not an option. For whatever reason, at this particular visit, it took 12 minutes to reach the order window, with only 3 cars in front of me. Perhaps the customer wasn't well-organized in ordering? My french fries were grossly over-salted, as if someone marinated them in a salt bath; or were they just upset with their manager, and decided to take it out on the customer? Not a pleasant experience, regardless. Never Bite the Hand that Feeds You!
I have eaten a hamburger at a different location years ago and it was delicious but my experience at this one was terrible. The price was outrageous for what I got. It was over 9.00 for 5 onion rings and a cold hamburger and soda . They charged an additional .70 for the rings subbed for fries but yet there were only 5 total! The burger had very little toppings and was so cold that I'm sure it had been sitting there for awhile. I was so disappointed because I remember how good the previous one I had was years ago. I realize all businesses are short handed and struggling now but to pay almost ten bucks was so unfair to me. If they can't make their product properly they need to shut back down till they can.
It was very good. The small shake was like a large, it was great . Cheeseburger ? was a little messy but good. Tater tots good
Possibly my favorite chain fast food. I've never been disappointed
Food was good and hot. Only problem was I ordered in app. Upon arrival, I could see only 2 people working but app doesn't give option to pick up in drive-thru. Waited 20 minutes to get food. When drive thru was empty and I saw guy putting on coat, I pulled over to sidewalk. He kept apologizing for slowness. It's a shame they can't get people to work.
Placed order .. repeated order 4 times was quoted price of 9.56 pull up to window, and the girl asked me for 10.86. I asked why and she said that's the amount ,I told her I was given the other price and she was like you changed your order from a burrito to a toaster. I never ordered a burrito. The boy kept getting my order wrong that is why I had to repeat it 4 times . She got an attitude and said is there a problem , I said yes you are changing the cost of my order when your employee made the mistake , she was horrible .. I did not get my food and I will not go that location ever again .
Tried the garlic bacon cheeseburger an tots and have to say it was delicious

Went here to get the frito chili burrito ? they are so good and only around for a limited time, so had to get my fix.they have good food.
Ordered through the drive thru. Although, our order was read back correctly we still ended up with the wrong drink.We waited for 5 minutes for two chicken slingers and a medium tot. Their chicken slingers are NOT at all as good as what their chicken tender sandwich was. It looked like school cafeteria food and unfortunately tasted worse. The bread was burnt and the sandwich size was not portionable to the amount that it costs. What happened to the chicken tender sandwich?I can say the tater tots did taste good… but for an $11 meal that was mostly bad- it is not worth recommending or returning.
