Excellent chili cheese tots and fries as always. Super short staffed but the manager was trying really hard to please people. You may want to call first to see if stalls are open.

Friendly staff however due to staff shortage, it took too long for my food to get to me... which is the only reason i knocked the one star off!! ...also the spot I pulled into had a screen malfunction so I was unable to swipe my card. I had to give the employee my card to take in then bring back out. Not a huge deal but after waiting too long for my food even that extra 3 mins seemed almost daunting to me. I generally LOVE Sonic tho!! Soft pretzel twist and chocolate shake are my go-to!!

Waited 20 min to get 4 sandwiches and 2 sides. Got home to find the burgers we ordered plain were fully dressed. Pretty sad. Next time we'll go elsewhere.

Often times the coffee machine doesn’t work, but in drive through, they will hand you a cold cup of coffee and try to pass it off as hot.Breakfast burrito is cold in the middle 9/10 times.There’s always an issue wether it’s no singles, cc machine is broke, speaker at drive through doesn’t work.Extremely poorly managed restaurant. Probably top 10 worst fast food joint in the state.

Food was terrible, waited 20 minutes for our meal and the meat in the burgers tasted old almost bad. Definitely won't go back.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get an undercooked corn dog. It was actually still cold in the middle. Cashier was very pleasant though!

This happened a few days ago. I don’t like to write reviews when my blood is still boiling. My wife is type 1 diabetic. They gave her a regular dr. Pepper instead of a diet. Not a big deal at first; people make mistakes all the time, and that’s ok. I walk up to the door to get a replacement and two employees greet me. I state, “we ordered a diet and got a regular are you able to replace this for us?” They state, “We are out of diet and that’s why we gave you a regular.” My mind was blown by the ignorance. It’s unreasonable to expect every employee to understand how their actions might effect any given medical condition. However, IT IS A GIVEN (even for restaurants half as costly with cardboard for food,) that SOME form of higher management, educates their employees to keep them from potentially putting their customers in the hospital. After the incompetence I’ve witnessed at this location, I’m never going back. To everyone else reading this with a health restriction, I recommend that you avoid this restaurant as well.
