First time trying this Skyline location. I sat at the corner of the counter where staff and the manager constantly walk by. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience like I have experienced at most Skylines. Ordered the Greek salad and a large unsweetened tea with a little lemonade. The tea was good, but the salad had old, rotten, soft lettuce and bad pieces that were not edible. The hard, bottom center part of a head of lettuce was in the salad as well (see photo of napkin). During my entire lunch I placed the napkin with the two bad parts of lettuce at the edge of the counter hoping the waitress or manager would notice, stop and ask. No one checked on me the entire time. The waitress came up to me at the end and asked if I would like anything else. The bad lettuce on the napkin was still there. My salad bowl half full of bad lettuce was there to see. So I brought up what was on the napkin and the bad lettuce. They did end of taking the salad off my bill, but I would have rather been checked on earlier after my salad was delivered so that I may point out the issue and request a fresher, more edible salad. This does not seem like a well run Skyline location. I could go on, but you need to start with leadership and start with fundamentals.

Can I give this place a NO STAR. It was nasty! I can't believe the owners have 4 locations. It was one of the worst meals I've had. When we got there, the floor was so dirty, I kept asking my husband if he wanted to eat there...he unfortunately said yes...What acwaste of meal for our last night in Kentucky..When we came back to our hotel and we told them where we ate, they felt so sorry for me that they gave me a double shot, FOR FREE! Owners, please taste what you are serving. Patrons, please don't eat at a Skyline Chili.

Waitress was excellent. Very attentive. Floor needed vacuumed and tub of dirty dishes was on the table beside me. Food is very good.

Whether you're here for a coney dog snack or a 5-way chili (Cincinnati-style), I think you can't go wrong here. Our fam ranged from a 3y.o. to a 95y.o.; all enjoyed this fun food. And don't come looking for Coke products; the entire chain is a Pepsi sanctuary.

Simple menu, coneys or spaghetti with their famous Chile and cheese, lots of it!! ? ? ? Delicious food, great service from Mary, she let me sample before I chose, all around great service, great food. Will come again when I'm in this area again.

I had to go to Skyline. They advertised the coneys a few days before and I needed to satisfy the need.

Food was great as always and the young girl working the dining room was awesome. Friendly, quick and efficient.

This place was not the move. I saw them around when I was visiting and thought i would give it a try. I honestly don’t know why this place has so many locations. It’s not that good. We tried the 3-way and coney dogs. The hot dogs were teeny-tiny. The chili had a weird flavor. I do not recommend.

My son and daughter in law was doing a gender reveal! The server and staff we're friendly and accommodating.

Not this restaurant's fault .. I just learned that I don't like tiny hot dogs on small buns with a little chili covered with cheddar cheese. It may be popular with their regular customers but just wasn't my style. Not their fault.
