Food is always cold. Lukewarm at best. Just took my family.from Utah who never gets Skyline and the food was.cold and spaghetti was barely done.

Came through ordered no onions of course onions on everything including chili cheese fries ???? Received extreme attitude by one of the girls because I had to add something to my order

On 3/3/22 at approximately 3:30pm, I went through the drive-thru with my elderly mother. She was coughing terribly from a hospital procedure we had just come from. I had to repeat the order several times due to my own distraction. The young lady taking the order with very patient and helpful. When I got to the window the nice young man straightened out a mistake I had made while ordering. He was very kind and efficient as well. Thank you both for coming to work so I was able to get a tasty Skyline meal for my mother and I after a challenging day. Remember. You never know what an aggravating customer may be going through and what your simple kindness and a good Skyline meal may mean to someone...regardless of if they are aware of it or not.
