Still waiting for a regional or owner to call me back. I would not recommend this place at all. Go there at night may see them doing only God knows what, or someone at the window that makes you come up with a quick excuse ( forgot my wallet) to get out of there because you can't imagine what they have in the back making it let alone eat it. Try to go there during the day the suppose to be general manager will cuss you without hesitation. It's no wonder Rallys is all but extinct, they do not care about there reputation or customers.
I usually do love ordering here. The bad part is I'm not able to grab food until about 12:30 at night. Which means nothing is open. Hopeful that Rallys is I go there (twice now) to find that they are closed. Should at least change the hours on Google so I know that they close at 12 instead of 2.
Went to get fries and a milk shake and was told had to have exact change. What? I mean...what? Your literally across the street from a bank. Go there for your daily change order. No wonder no one likes this place. I went for a coworker and laughed my way back. Ridiculous.
This location seems to have gone downhill. I love the food but recently haven’t been able to order it. Last time I was told there would be a 20 minute wait to even take my order as I watched employees outside smoking and hanging out. This time I was told the same thing as I watched another person in the parking lot eating in their car. Also I’d understand maybe if it was later in the evening near close. But you can’t take an order at 1:30 on a Wednesday? Also the staff always seems to have an attitude problem, like they can’t believe I’d be so daring as to actually to order food.As someone who has not only worked but managed restaurants I understand that right now it is extremely difficult. Low staffing and even getting staff you have to show up is a challenge. Not to mention supply chain issues right now and the everyday challenges of running a store. However my recent experiences and reading recent reviews lead to me conclude the staff and management at this location either don’t care or have given up.I’m only leaving this review as a warning to others and in the faint hope that corporate might step in and fix the issues. I won’t be back either way. The store on Mt. Zion Rd. might be a little further away but they always take my order, and in a friendly manner too.
90% of the time that I stop here between 10 and 11 pm the "systems are down". Seem to have no issue serving the door dashers but not regular customers. When they're working, food is usually amazing, but seriously, if your system goes down that often, you need to have a serious conversation with your IT folks. I waited the 15mins they said they'd be down and was able to place my order. My loaded fries were hot and fresh though every so often a bite would taste oddly like it had been exposed to powdered sugar which was weird... Other wise great though.
There are three cars in the lot and yet it takes 30 minutes per order at 7pm on a Saturday?? Are they just playing around in there? Why does it take 30 minutes for each order at a fast food restaurant?Edit: Why the hell did I come back here? Not only did they charge me for food they didn't have in stock, but they took the order without having those items. Why wouldn't you just cancel the order?! Don't go to this location. It's filled with absolute incompetent people.
This location was open past 11 on a Sunday night which is incredibly rare in today's covid world. I worked really late this past Sunday and had to pick up my kids afterward, so I didn't end up getting them until after 11 pm. And of course, when they got in the car was the time they chose to informed me they had not eaten dinner. I was sure I wasn't going to find an open restaurant. You can search online and they say they're open but you get there and they're not all over the tri-state area these days. I was ecstatic to see cars in their drive-through lanes. The employee who waited on us was very friendly and everything was exactly how I asked for it. I was very happy and will make it a point to give this location my business much more frequently in the future!
Ice cream tasted bad. I called to let someone know but the girl who answered didn't seem to care. Tasted like it had cleaner or sanitizer in it???
Was given the wrong Bufford Burger and paid for the pricier option. It wasn't even busy so the mistake was not warranted. The drive thru service member Amanda seemed to be rushed for whatever reason and was not very friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day?
Good food but they never have change good money rachet I guess they always round up and keep your change
