Placed an online order and came inside to pick it up. The gentleman at the counter had a long line of people he was helping. I grabbed my online order and noticed that my jugs of tea and lemonade were not there. He stated he was trying to get it. He then asked the 5 people at the take out window for help and they ignored him. He again was still trying to help the guests at the front. It took him about 15 minutes to get the drinks. I do not blame him at all. He was very helpful and was takibg care of the guests in his line, while the others were having a fun time laughing and working the take out window.

Chicken was hot juicy and had a good crunch. I could pass on the so called sauce. They say it's the bomb not so much for me. Portion was good size and filling. Garlic bread was tasty.

I’ll never understand how this Cane’s is always so slow. The food is good, but the service… they don’t seem to be understaffed which I would understand, but the only 3 things on the menu are chicken tenders, fries, and bread… just keep making them?

I visited here for the first time the other day and now I understand why there's always a line. I got the conniac combo. The chicken fingers were good, the toast was perfect, and the fries were hot and fresh. Didn't care for the cole slaw, it was a little bland. But what really made this trip were the sweet tea and the special sauce. Highly recommend.

I did not think it was too good not bad Coleslaw plan. But with just four things on menu chicken tenders and chicken sandwich the way people talk about it, I just don't see. Needless to say it would not be my pick for food

This was the first time I ever tried this place. The line was very long, but I waited. When I got our food and got back to our hotel, we realized that both Sprites were completely flavorless. If we were staying at home, it wouldn't have been as big of a deal, but since we were overnight at a hotel, we didn't have anything to drink. It didn't make sense to drive back and let the food get cold, so we quickly ate and then called the restaurant. The worker that answered the phone didn't know what to do, so she told me to hold while she checked the machine. She came back and was talking to someone else in the background (possibly the manager) she was asking him what to tell me. She got back and told me that she would need my name and number because they "shut down" the machines for the night. I explained that we wouldn't be here in the morning and told her to forget about it. I first wonder why the machines were shut down at an odd hour. It was like 22 minutes after the hour and less than 15 minutes after I had visited the restaurant. I secondly am curious as to why that manager, or person who was more knowledgeable about the subject than the person who answered the phone, didn't get on the call to try and resolve the issue. The experience just rubbed me the wrong way. It wasn't a huge deal, but more so bothered me how it was, or wasn't handled. I really feel like they just didn't want to be bothered. I'm not sure that they actually closed in that amount of time. The food was good and I would consider trying a different location in the future.

Great place to eat. Never have i ever been there where they didn't get everything right. Everytime I leave there my order is correct. Great job Raising Canes!!

The tenders are always hot here, as are the fries, and the Texas toast is delicious! The cole slaw is not the best I've had dining out, but it's ok. The sauce... oh my... the sauce... It's worth fighting over. Just order an extra and save yourself the hassle. It's good on the fries as well as the chicken!

Line is always entirely too long and way too slow. I understand being busy but it is all times of the day with bad service. Maybe opening the dine in would create a better experience for everyone. Often times we see multiple employees standing around instead of helping speed up the line. And by the time we get up there put food is soggy and cold.

They claim to close at 8pm, but they block off both entrances at 7:45. I recommend they change their actual closing time on google if they plan to keep operating this way. I have a partially used canes gift card available for any one who wants it since I am unable to use it at this time.
