Customer service was pathetic.Had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to respond. There was only one person helping other customer whereas the other folks were just sitting around and didn't come in until we asked. This is understandable if the place was crowded but it was just one customer being helped ahead of us for last 15-20 minutes.And when we asked them to take our order, the person who was resting walks in trying to talk smart and sarcastic.Clearly they didn't care! However 5 minutes later every customer was being served within 2 minutes if arrival while we sat there and watch being insulted!He needed some attitude correction for sure. But we decided to stay calm eat and walk out, as one can't correct stupid!
We ordered catering for my daughter's birthday party. Everything was ready for pickup at the time quoted. They provided everything including chaffing stands and the sternos. The instructions were also provided. The staff was incredible! They went over everything to make sure they weren't missing anything and even helped getting it into my car. If you're looking for an all inclusive catering restaurant, this is the place! Everyone loved the food. Will definitely be using them in the future!!

There was a large order in front of me for delivery, and the store workers were awesome at their job to prepare so many burritos. I got my food a little longer time than I expected, but quality of the food is still pretty good. Workers apologized for the inconvenience.
Food was really fresh and nice. We order rice bowl with veggies.
They no longer serve cauliflower, which is a shame. :(The service was great!
I just had my first experience with Qdoba and it was awesome,they have the best brisket in a restaurant like this.
Zion is a beast. I came in to the Florence location and waited in line for a long time. This place is under staffed but the guys, and gals are rocking it out. It was 7pm and Zion had been there since 5am. He had several large orders for pick up that caused him to run out of chicken. But they quickly recovered on the grill and the staff did it all with a smile under tremendous stress. Way to go Qdoba Florence. We will definitely be back!
First time there, the guy on the line walked me through everything and gave awesome suggestions, fresh ingredients and more sauces/ salsa than chipotle which I love!
