Pot belly My cousin & I had a really nice meal at potbelly. The broccoli cheese soup with toppings was very good. We also had a delicious chicken salad sandwich. The staff were all helpful & friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
I've never been to this restaurant before and my brother brought me Saturday. I ordered the sandwich and soup pair for 8.99. I got the Mama's meatball sandwich and chili. The help was so nice and helpful and walk me through everything because it was my first time here. We sat down the place was clean and waited for our food. We picked it up and let me tell you the meatball sandwich was probably the best meatball sandwich I've had around here in a while. The chili is really good could have used some hot sauce but no complaints here. I will be coming back to this place more often thank you.

Awesome sandwich. Consistency from when I first had potbelly back in Chicago in 2001 is very impressive and makes me wish we still had a so closer to my home in TN. Great to have a legit vanilla shake too!
Unfortunately my order was stolen and never delivered by the DoorDash driver but Joanie at the restaurant did everything to rectify this issue and had a store employee hand deliver another order even though it wasn't the fault of the restaurant. Great customer service!

First off I want to say I love this restaurant, but today’s experience has made me not want to eat here again. I ordered two ham and Swiss and requested bacon be added to both of them. When we got our food and started eating, we noticed there was no bacon. I paid 3.98 extra for bacon, so I went up to let them know and asked to be refunded. The person at the front proceeded to ask someone to make bacon for the sandwiches. The person at the front then brought the old very burnt bacon curled up in a cup, tossed it on our table and said, “here’s your bacon” and walked away. This was probably the rudest service I have had here.
Not a fan of downloading apps to get decent price or promotion. If can't visit a .com site and just order. About an hour of trying to order and 2 calls before they finally offered to take the phone order. Time is money and service without explanation is worth more. I wanted to get credit for my 1st purchase at that location as promoted but never happened. Eating out is a privilege for some of us. Food was fine. Servers once I picked up order polite.
I ordered a roast beef. The roast beef was so rare I could not eat any of my sandwich. It went right in the trash. Menu need to specify if it's top or bottom round, or whether it's rare or not. This was nasty and waste of my money. I don't think I will eat here again. This is only my opinion.
The staff here was really very good to me recently. The sandwiches are always great here but I was ordering through an online food delivery app and they kept screwing up my order. I would receive a sandwich with meat on it and literally nothing else (not the store's fault). My friend made a call to the store to explain what was happening and even though it wasn't through any fault of theirs, they sent me a perfect sandwich with a free cookie to make up for it.
