Glad you asked! Drive thru closed, I assume because of staff shortage. No problem. I went in and got in line. Was in line for 30 minutes. No orders were taken the whole time. 2 orders went out, one of which was door dash. One of the staff members went on break at about 20 minutes into my wait time. No hustle to any of the staff, of which there were 4 after the one took break. I left after 30 minutes and will NOT be back. Lee's famous recipe 100 times better for taste, service and accuracy of order.

The food is good it tastes like Popeyes it's why I gave it two stars. However the problem is this Popeyes charges you 50% more than the average Popeyes store. Expect to pay $15 for a $10 meal. It's ridiculous, I would only go here if your super wanting Popeyes and are willing to pay a lot extra for it.
Food was ok. Employees were nice. One of the chicken wings could best be described as that of a dove. When your paying a premium price for food you think the could have thrown an extra one. Not sure why the chairs were upside down on the tables though, if it was due to covid than just remove them. Otherwise it just looks horrible and not clean.
The food was delicious, as always, and I would give the quality of food five stars, but the service left a lot to be desired. Their mobile app wasn't working, so we went inside. There were at least six workers milling around behind the front counter, but the line of customers was still backed up to the door, with only one worker taking orders. Glad we weren't in a big rush to eat tonight!
This is NOT the quality of any other Popeye’s I have visited. Food was bland. Asked for mild, got spicy. Ordered shrimp and 2 piece chicken. Shrimp was bland and overly fried. Got only one chicken.
When I got my order wrong so I went back to get it fixed, they insisted they had given me the right items (I took the macaroni that I had not ordered with me). The rude woman there insisted she had given me extra macaroni along with the red beans that were missing. REALLY! Why would I make a return trip if I had gotten what ordered? The woman there was belligerent and would NOT fix my order.
Second time eating there, same results. Torn up stomach! Won't be eating here again, until this problem is resolved. 20 years of restaurant management tells me the likely culprit is salmonella. Eat at your own risk a
Most of them were working their butts off but one big lazy guy is just sad to see. Watching everyone else work and acting like he’s put upon to be there.
