Food was good. I think a little more hospitality could have been shown. They were nice enough but it our first visit there and didn't really know what it was like and how it worked. It's kind of an Italian chipotle... as far as picking what you want. is the best way to describe it.
Wow! The food here is amazing. The staff are incredible, very welcoming and have great recommendations. I will be coming back for another great meal!!!
We stopped here never having even heard of it and loved it, next time we see one we will go Forsure, the guy who worked there was great he explained everything perfectly that we knew exactly what we wanted by the time he told us about it all, also very nice guy
Friendly and clean. We arrived shortly after 9pm (they close at 10pm). The restaurant was spotless. We ordered 3 bowls. One of the bowls was cold, and the staff added some fresh, hot sauce to it after the fact. Everything tasted great.
Delicious, fast, and authentic Italian food. I ordered the carbonara, and it was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely give this place a visit if you haven't already.
I just recently started eating at Piada and have been to 3 different locations and this one is by far my favorite. Derek and the team there were all so kind and the food was great! The store was clean and had a great environment! I will definitely be going back!

Been to this one a couple times while passing through and it’s always been a good experience. Crystal behind the counter last night was nice, quick, knowledgeable and you didn’t have to repeat yourself at all. It was 77 degrees out so I enjoyed the outdoor seating.Piada’s are all always so cold!! But I hear employees behind the counter complaining how they are hot. Wish the chain would address this and find a better way to redistribute the air. The employees always crank the air way down to combat their feeling behind the counter probably not realizing how cold it is out on the seating floor or even so close as right along the glass in line. (I like it cold too, just not uncomfortably cold)
I give 5 stars because of the STAR behind the counter.Christal!!This lady took the order, made the order, and was the cashier !! No other employees were working the counter!!!!There were employees that worked the grill supply......Christal ran this restaurant gracefully with a smile!If I owned a business, I would hire her in a heartbeat.I can tell no matter what the job is,SHE WOULD EXCELL!!
This place reminds me of a Core Life but with specifically 'Italian' type food. I didn't try the piada but my protein bowl was delicious. I was not aware the dressing was spicy and should have put it on the side but it didn't ruin anything and I still ate every bite. Super clean seating area and not too many people there. We will be back!
