Went on my lunchbreak for two sandwiches, one for myself and one for my wife. They shorted me a sandwich but I didn't see until I got home. I called to complain and was asked if I could come back up and get it, which I responded that I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to come back. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to wait for the GM to work on it because it was an online order. I mean, that's fine, but I have a feeling it won't get done. There was no apology, no attempt to even reassure me that they understood why I would be frustrated. What happened to the days where businesses made an attempt to make things right? Super disappointed with my experience and I doubt I'll go back again.
We really like Penn Station but the other day we stopped by for a couple of subs and they were not made like they were ordered. We asked for everything on the Philly Cheese steaks and they didn't put the cheese, the peppers or mayonnaise on either of the subs. If I had found out before I got home I would have taken them back. Very dry and not as tasty as usual.
Ordered 4 large grilled subs for our dinner today at work and they were delicious. Have had other Penn Stations subs but these were the best ? Hats off to you guys.
The sandwiches were cold and had to wait for the French fries. I called ahead so I hoped it would be waiting. I love Penn station...next re I expect it to be at least a 4 or maybe even a 5.
Good food but they rarely get it right if you call ahead.
I always enjoy Penn Station a little pricey but it is good and they serve the best fries and they over load those fries when they give them to you a medium fry fills both my wife and myself, yumm hot and crispy!We normally go to the Penn Station in Florence, Kentucky on dixie hwy. Their quick and always get if right
Place needs a facelift. Lots of folks behind the counter doing alot of nothing. While folks wait and wait and wait. So if Your in a hurry or care about how Your are treated as a customer. Go a block down to dream street and visit sub station II. You will be glad You did.....
Met a cashier and sandwich technician that waited on me named Joe. He was highly professional and helpful. I told him that Penn Station was my very favorite place to eat, but I was only able to get through to his restaurant maybe once a year when I go see my parents that are out of state. I have always said since 2001 when I first tasted a cheese steak sandwich that Penn Station makes it better than anyone. The staff here at Penn Station in Florence Kentucky are exceptional. They made my day enjoyable and made sure that everything I needed was made available. I am handicapped, so they went out of their way to be helpful to me. Again Joe was a real cool fella. He checked on me to see if everything was right after he had made the sale and sold it I was eating he came over to where I was sitting behind the counter where he was working to check on me and see if everything was all right. Best class everything that I ever look for and good service and good food. It does not get any better
We came in here very hungry and this place certainly delivered! My guy got his regular cheesesteak w/cheese and I got a regular chicken teriyaki loaded w/onion and mushrooms + I added artichoke (delicious!) They were both excellent, hot and perfectly made.. I highly recommend this place!
Terrible service we placed out order seated and waited 4 people that ordered after us got their sandwiches I got up ask for for order I guess they didn’t make it after they make the sandwiches she came with no gloves and grabbed them and put them in the bag with and order or medium fries cold. Terrible service. Did I mention TERRIBLE SERVICE ??
