I live 90 minutes away from the closet one! That being said...I went into honor my nurses certificate for a free family meal and when I got all the way back home and opened up the bag the cookies and bread were missing! I called the restaurant and the manager gave me a credit for those items, but it was not the same eating the soup without the bread...so it was not good in my opinion!!! Better check your orders before you leave, especially for all the bakery products!!!!
Stopped to grab a late lunch 2:45. Not busy at all. Food was good but the place is a hot mess. Sat at a dirty table as a clean one was no where to be found. Floors are a mess too. Feels gross. Employees weren’t concerned. For the price you pay ($14 for me alone) this is unacceptable. I really like the food but when everything else is a mess it’s hard to enjoy. If it looks like this on my side what does it look like behind the counter?
$11.99 any drink every 2 hours program* (if they have coffee, lol).Went in to this store today and one gal was texting, one sweeping. My app said coffee was ready at pick-up inside. Not!!!Girl finally asks, "Do you need something?"What??She hands me an empty cup. I try all three flavors of coffee at sthe stand. All empty.She asks, "Is there a problem?I said, "no coffee"She says, "I know the one has coffee" I hold the handle down...no cup under it, and show her it just drips, lol. She disappeared behind counter, hands me a coffee filled to the very top, no room for cream and sugar....and yet they argue they deserve $15 an hour.....
There are several times that I have ordered delivery from this location and they have forgotten items. I have called and Panera tells me they don't offer delivery (even though I ordered through their app), so I need to contact the 3rd party that did the delivery. I can see on the app that it's DoorDash but do not have any of the dasher information and Panera could not supply it. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location.
First time customer… wasn’t impressed and definitely won’t be returning.Literally paid $10 for a tomato and emerald greens sandwich. The tiny amount of chicken salad was absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money on this overpriced establishment.
We ordered the half size steak and white cheddar sandwich. The portions of meat, red onions and cheese were so small you were literally eating mostly bread. And the cost of this half sandwich was $7.29. So not worth it!!!!
Love, love, LOVE Panera's menu! Depending on the time of day you order or stop in, you may have a short wait because they are so busy.. Their food is great though and I am definitely a repeat customer!
Found a hair in my food. Called the manager on duty was great. But from window you could see 2 girls no hat or net
Skip this Location. This is the second issue I had with the same location. first they gave me the wrong items on my order. This time around there's a blonde hair in my food. I'm disgusted! i'll pass!
One would think that a place that specializes in bagels and bread would support an all day breakfast.So much for my bacon egg & cheese craving.I'll just have to give the grilled mac n cheese sandwich a shot.(Taste was there, but a lot of the mac N cheese was cold.)
