Panda is always on point. They have never messed up an order. They have always had what I wanted and it is always fresh. Their sweet tea is amazing unlike most other places in the area. The dining area, kitchen, and restroom are always clean. It can get a little busy but even with a line to the door I've never stood in line waiting longer than 10 minutes. Typically my food is ordered, prepared, paid for, and I'm at the table eating within 5 minutes. I definitely recommend for affordable, fresh, and delicious Asian cuisine.
They must be under new management. Last week they ran out of 2 entrees, not didn't have any ready, I mean didn't have any period. I went today and it was terrible. The fried rice was undercooked, the Angus steak had more gristle than meat and the mushroom chicken looked underdone. I threw 75% of the food out. On top of this they are getting cheap with their portions. I guess I'll either find another Panda Express or go someplace else.
Poor customer experience. I wanted teriyaki chicken for my meal last night. I was told that it would take 15 minutes. I said that I would wait for it. The employees did an exasperated sigh and made the food. 15 minutes later I had to wait at the back of the line . Then the serving size was incredibly small. I ordered the bigger plate, but the portions were smaller than in the past.

The food was great but even though the service was bad the 3 individuals didn’t throw in the towel with the line out the door. There was a girl who was working her tail off and she deserves a raise. Kid came in the side door and he seen the line and his crew struggling and refused to help cause he couldn’t clock in. Promote the ones who work
I actually haven’t been to this location, but contrary to their description, they DO NOT have a drive thru. Glad I called to check that information. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful.
Even though they may be busy at lunch, they work hard to get the food out quick and hot!
I hadn't had panda express for 2 years because it is a 40 minute drive for me. Had a hankering for it and was disappointed with the quality of the food. It didn't help that they had no soft drinks. Next time I want fast food asian I'll go to the mall instead.
This place was amazing. The service was great and food was very fresh. The open at 10:30 and the crowd was patient and the workers kept things moving.
Was in the area Christmas shopping today when the fiance got hangry. We stopped in to grab some food, because we don't have a Panda Express near us. Let me just say omg. They are doing it right. Quick service, hot fresh food (probably the freshest I've had from the Panda chain so far.) And their staff was super friendly. Keep up the good work guys!
