First, let me say the service was impeccable!!! Our waitress was GREAT!The reason only three stars given is because I ordered my usual... spaghetti with meat sauce. What I got was spaghetti with a little meat in marinara sauce. Apparently they have decided it is cost effective to rip off customers who pay for meat sauce. I paid for meat sauce and I expected meat sauce!!! I hate marinara sauce. Fazollis is my favorite Italian restaurant now the bread sticks are way better than Olive Gardens anyway!!!
We had a great experience here today!When I saw a fairly full parking lot I was not expecting a great experience. If there was a line we would have gone elsewhere. There was no line and there were a lot of people in this restaurant. They are doing something right as our food came out hot, very good and in reasonable time. We really appreciate these good experiences, so thank you.He had the chicken parm and i had the lasagna— both lunch specials and both were so good. If you are choosing between the two, go with the chicken parm as the flavor a bit stronger then the lasagna, in my opinion.The chicken dumpling soup was both of our favorite soup.Definitely check it out! Their new dessert is very good! Refreshing cake with strawberry.. we both loved it.
The last time I was there the server did an okay job, but I have way better servers there in the past. The mango tea was a bit strong on the mango taste and was way too sweet. Other than that it was a good dining experience.
The most amazing service I have seen in years. Feels like we walked back into the good old days when there was lots of staff and they were all happy to do their job. Thank you for the best restaurant experience we have had in years.
Average food as usual. Service was beyond terrible. Server was terrible, rarely came to check on us. Did not refill drinks, bread sticks, salad or bring check. She stopped to tell me to pay on the computer on table. I did not get to itemized bill, which I want to see. She never returned to say Thank You , offer a bag for 3 boxes of take out. She also forgot to place our for 3 orders, even though we reminded several times.Overall we had to ask the computer to page her, as we needed more drinks.This was poor server, and awful service. I can't say anything nice about the whole occasion.
Always a great time here. The place was packed but our waiter Noah killed it and made sure my fiance and I were well taken care of. Keep up the great work Noah.
Quickly seated and service was quick. Good and portions were as good as can be expected. Second basket of bread was hard. My biggest complaint about the Florence location is how loud it gets inside. I don’t know why but it is hard to hear someone across the table because it gets so loud in there.
The service was so so great. Food was good but not much variety and the taste was not so special for me to order it again. Salad and breadsticks did not disappoint and the kids meat spaghetti with extra meatball was my son's favorite. The donuts were really really good as well as the Tiramisu. One of the best in town.
5:30pm dinner. Quick seating. Joann our waitress prompt n friendly. Egg plant parmesan was very good. Cheese cake was very good!
My family & I ate here last night for the first time since the virus mess. We have eaten out many times, at other establishments in the area, & to say those experiences were disappointing is an understatement. Our evening at Olive Garden was fantastic from the moment we walked through the door till we wobbled our stuffed selves to the car. We expected to have to wait to be seated but we were sat immediately. The host wanted to sit us at a high top in bar area but put us in a booth without hesitation when I asked. Thankfully he did because our server, Tamara, was wonderful. She was pleasant, attentive, & a blessing to today's service industry. As a cocktail waitress myself, I know how challenging it can be serving these days. I want her to know she was more than appreciated & an asset to your company. The food was delicious as usual. We look forward to our next outing there!
