O'Charley's used to be a reliable spot for me but last night I was really disappointed. The rolls were small and underbaked, the potato soup (a favorite of mine) was bland except for a slight soap taste, and the premium Mac and cheese was uneaten after a few bites. Dry pasts with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top. The chicken tenders were what I remembered...good flavor (and the sauces they now offer were great).our server was good and the restaurant looked clean. It was incredibly disappointing how far this restaurant has fallen in food quality.
Hubby and I visited for lunch, we sat in a booth in the Bar area.We had a great time chatting with the bartender (our waitress), very nice and had great suggestions.Hubby got a Sirloin that was cooked a PERFECT med/rare+.My chef's salad was filled with fresh produce and the suggested dressing was amazing.
Wow soooo good! I had the seafood platter! It was sooo good!!! Loved all of it. That asparagus was to die for!!!! Yummy!!! 5*****
It's a more upper class place table served employees are great. Prices are in my budget but we never been there and just had to try I order the rib eye steak 27 bucks and wasn't happy with it what so ever size was ok but it was nothing but fat, dry I mean it just wasn't worth 30 bucks. My husbands top brown/new York strip and it was great.. baby back ribs are awesome I would go back... prolly for burgers though. Restrooms smelt so amazing felt clean.
It's definitely worth the wait to get in. The menu has very reasonably price meals. And a wide varity, definitely something for everyone!! Oh and the app... download it!!! You get a free appetizer for signing up and you can stay up to date with upcoming deals and specials like $1.99 cobblers on Wednesdays..
The fries were gray when they came out and cold. The seafood platter...... The stuffed crabs were an inch and a quarter maybe in size. The rolls came out cold, small, and hard. The fish was not a fillet but two nuggets. I'm sorry the waitress was great the food was awful. My son bought a meal, chopped steak..... Took the whole thing to go and the it away. Worst meal I've ever had dining out.
Usually come here every Monday for lunch with a friend. Every time I order my rare steak it is cooked to perfection and the draft beer is always cold. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The tables and restaurant is always clean. I will definitely continue coming here for my weekly steak and beer for lunch.
Our waitress was the best I have ever had in my life tonight. In a world where everyone feels entitled and will not work. My wife Robin and I felt like a Rock Star waited on us! Thank you Carmen for taking us great care of us while we had a friend from out of town visiting!!!
Service was okish, server got the wrong side for one of my boys then I'm assuming forgot to out in my husband's burger order so after everyone else got their food he was still waiting 10 to 15 minutes on his. Got a to go order and the side was also wrong in it. Resturaunt was not busy at all if it had been I could have understood. I've work in the food industry so I'm extremely patient but when things keep being wrong right after another it's a problem. Rolls were great though.
We had lunch and dinner plates and the food was good. I was expecting 1/2 a## quality but I got good service and good food. You should go. Pricing was very good and portions decent.
