McDonald's is my go to for a quick, cheap get me to my next real meal stop. With only slight variations it is the same food that I tried 50 years ago. As my listing indicates, it is simply OK. With today's high prices there are numerous other and better choices for a meal. Nevertheless I do occasionally find myself craving a Big Mac, fries and a shake. It is true that this chain is a part of the food fabric of America. As Always, Enjoy!
This location sucks at Customer Service in the drive thru. They asked me to hold while they waited on three cars that’s should of been behind me they clearly don’t know what they are doing if they can’t figure out how to operate a 2 speaker drive thru system. Need to go back to the drawing board and figure out how to train to operate and easy system that anyone should be able to operate.
We ordered through door dash. We were missing food and the food we did get was ridiculous!! I'm so upset and to know that I've worked at McDonald's and these are the people you are hiring!! I called and your night shift man who answered was so rude! At the end of the day yes I did order from door dash but that does NOT make it okay to do this. It doesn't matter if I ordered online, doordash, Uber eats,or if I drove the 5 minutes and walked in or if I came through the drive through! The food was horrible!!! There's absolute NO reason for the staff to give food like this out!! Hire better people because the people tonight DO NOT CARE about there customers! I was told to f myself then got hung up on where then I called again where he I do not know his name but was very rude. I did leave a review and upload pictures online! Typically have been going here for lunch items recently, but decided to get breakfast this time. Gave it a four star based on one of our sandwiches being incorrect other than that the workers are very friendly and service was fast.
Food was ok but Florence McDonalds (Dream Street) is pathetic. None of the workers have uniforms on, not even the manager. Most looked like they just got out of bed. One is telling his sob story so loud the whole restaurant has to listen. I'm sure corporate would be so pleased. NOT. And one employee is actually SITTING on the front counter scratching his nose.
It's hard to be the worst McDonalds but this place definitely takes the cake. The food was meh, but the service was beyond terrible. Waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru, my Dr Pepper was a Coke, no straws, no napkins, my fries were upside down in the bag, and my Big Mac was sideways fallen apart in the box. The worst-ever, wish I could give zero Stars. Save yourself, and don't ever eat here.
I got food from the young lady with purple hair and she was very nice and I had no mistakes with my food. So much better then the other McDonald’s( Taylor mill location)
The workers here are rude. I waited to order my food inside when there was no one in front of me. The workers were just standing around and talking to each other while seeing I wanted to order my food. Finally after I through up my hand someone came over. The person who was taking my order didn’t seem to know any of the simple questions I asked her. A customer in line had to answer the question for me. That really shows. The food was good but that’s about it. Most of all the tables were filthy. I will not be coming back.
the young employees and their attitudes are horrible!!! I used to go to the one in Erlanger on Dixie highway and I switched to dream st after being cussed out by a little girl who was probably 16 because I wouldn't pull up and wait on a frappe!?! well dream st is just as rude and slow as the one in Erlanger!! no one knows how to fill up a fry container!! they charge u $3 for a large fry and literally fill it half way full ? just ridiculous on top of the attitudes like we are bothering them being there. I will no longer go to any Archway McDonald's!! they are all ran the same and they hire a bunch of immature children to work nights and the service is beyond terrible! they can not get ur order correct and ur food looks horrible if it's even hot and correct ??? VERY DISAPPOINTED MCDONALDS ???????????????????
Employees hanging out at the register with their back turned telling everybody they are off as there is a line of customers (Dylon Dillon). I only noticed because one of his co workers pointed at the line and said “look”. Dylan or Dillon didn’t even turn around to look , just kept saying very loudly haha I’m off. ?????The young lady with purple hair should be suspended for being condescending and acting like I was an alien and responding very obnoxious when I simply asked if they had hot and spicy chicken . She needs to train again about customer service and the way she conducts herself and represents the brand and also the franchise owners.Never coming here againAs I finally got my food and sat down I saw and counted 9 people walk in and have a complaint about what they just ordered. ??????Communication is key but as customers are waiting the employees in the back are having multiple ( loud I mean loud) conversations that have nothing to do with the line out front.
