Generally everything I get is pretty cold immediately when I receive it. I don't ask for them to redo my meals-- I understand they are busy location here, but it's pretty disappointing but I will to get my children some kids meals and it's cold things such as the apples or their drink up against hot food. The fries would be cold no matter what from my experience personally unless I would to have them made to order. I don't really don't do that because I did work in the fast food industry and understand they are filled with things to do have to crunch time. I don't like being an inconvenience. The wait times are unbelievable in the drive-thru. I once waited well over 45 minutes inside as well with my autistic toddlers. We had no choice but to get a refund and leave. They were not behaving well because they expected food and instead were just sitting at the table with our number plain to see. Well, they weren't going to sit around, and aren't tall enough to reach the tablet on the wall either. They needed to be able to eat, run around after at the park with me, so I ended up getting them quesadillas from Taco Bell instead to go and ate it at the park. It was a huge disappointment for all three of us. Nothing brings me more joy than to get them a Happy Meal and a surprise toy waiting for them inside of their box. It's unfortunate that this location does not care much for the quality of that comes out or do things in a timely manner most occasions. I think the only reason personally they get so much business is because of that prime location, surrounded by not only businesses with people that need to find something to eat on break, as well as residential areas. If it were up to me and if we're up to me to change gas prices as they are, I would definitely never return you but this is unfortunately the closest location to home.
Fast and correct. I'm glad to see they were properly staffed and even had the lobby open at 9:00pm on a Friday. Something other locations have been failing to do. It makes a huge difference for GrubHub drivers to be able to get in and out quickly without having to wait in the drive thru line. Thanks. I'll pickup all the orders I can from this location.
I just down loaded the app and it’s so much easier now when ordering I just give them a code and go on about my day. This time they knew my code before I even told them. So cool
Drive thru was slow waited 15mins in line then orederd my food and then the girl got it wrong, so had her correct it and then didnt even ask if it was right again. Then started to get the food out and still was short a sandwich top it all off the food that we did get was cold. 1st time there in a long time and obviously something still needs to be done with that place
Ordered food took it home and found bugs in the bag in the food wrapper tried to call and complain but no one answered the phone. Disgusting health department should be informed about how food is served out the window.
This is the 3rd time this month that I have ordered more than one hamburger at once with onion on it. I specifically say no onions on them and they type it on the screen that way but they still put it on all of them. Manager was rude as hell when I was telling them my concerns in a calm manner. I don’t understand why you would put it on all of them when it says on the screen and my receipt no onions. Not one to complain but this is ridiculous
I went through the drive thru it was pretty fast, food was hot & fresh . Friendly customer service.They weren't wearing mask , I still think it is very important to practice safety, for themselves and others.
This is NOT a daily double. It isn't supposed to have pickles or ketchup on it. Waste of money for me. I attempted to eat it but it's gross.
Stopped at the turfway McDonald's this evening a little before 6pm and went through the drive thru and there was 2 guys outside of the building actually standing in the drive thru and watched both of them approach other customers as they pulled up to the screen to order and beg for money.... and I was hesitant about as to drive off or place my order....I pulled up rolled down my window to place My order the guy just walked up and basically leaned inside my car asking if I had a few dollars or spare change to give and I said you need to get back from my car and he just proceeded to cuss me out and flip me off.....I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager as I was paying for my food but was told that the manager was busy at the moment so I said well when he/she has a free moment Maybe they should go outside and ask the guys standing in the drive thru to stop hounding the customers for money...... didn't feel safe having someone walk up on me and leaning almost inside my car especially with a pandemic going on but I know that those managers aren't going to do anything because they let all the homeless people come in sit as long as they want and even sleep inside the restaurant.....I've seen this several times when I've eaten inside this location.....and there are several signs posted everywhere saying only a 30 minutes l time limit to consume your food......this place needs to be closed down
I went and ordered off of my app I sat in curbside pickup for 10 minutes when I got out to go and find out where my food was the manager proceeded to tell me that he did not have an order for me but he did I got charged basically McDonald's robbed me for almost $8 and 6,000 points on the app I tried to explain to him that I've been charged he told me that I was crazy he argued with me he was very rude and they were closing early and I said well it'd be nice if you told somebody they were closed even after I showed him my receipt that the money was taken off my account he was like well if it doesn't hit my screen we don't make it then you don't get charged it hit his screen somebody cleared it off I got robbed by McDonald's
