I visit this location quite often. I have the Tea Pass which is well worth the money and when I’m in a rush for lunch, I know I can order ahead and pick up at the window. The ladies at the window are always SUPER friendly & very fast. My food is always just as expected. When I walk in, it can be busy at lunchtime (but all MCALISTERS worth their weight in gold are…) but they are efficient and the line is always moving. The manager, Charles, actively helps out running orders or ringing up orders. My kids are still small but they love the giant cookies and they love being able to choose their own drinks and sit outside. I recommend this location 100%.
My wife she I have tried over half their total menu items and haven't found one we don't like. Amazing food and amazing service. I prefer ordering online for the pick-up window, but have had excellent service when going inside as well.
I really do like their food it is really good and they're sweet tea is not really all that sweet I had to add two packets of sugar.
I usually have a wonderful experience at McAlister's but this was my first time at this store. I'm sad to say I will not be going back to the Florence location. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to receive my order that was a to go order. I was in a rush so I made it a point to order two things on the menu that I knew would be quick. A garden salad with chicken salad on the side and a grilled chicken Caesar wrap with ranch instead of Caesar. My salad was a complete disaster and they threw the chicken salad on top of it even though I very nicely asked for it on the side and they didn't give me any ranch dressing on or for my wrap. Whether I spend $10 somewhere or $100 it's my hard-earned money and I expect my order to be right or at least be nice about it and try to help me fix it.
Great place for lunch. I enjoy their half size menu items you can combine. I like their Caeser salad and tomato soup.
Great service but these are some of the most unfriendly and unwelcoming people. No one says anything to you when you enter the restaurant. I've been here three times and each time I walk to the register to order, the girl just stares at me. No greeting, how may I help you, may I take your order or anything. It's the strangest thing to experience.
I got the pick 2 and there was so much food! Great meal! There was a little bit of wait but GM did everything to get all seated very quickly.
I hadn't eaten in one in MANY years! The building was clean and up beat. The way they took your order and gave you a seat was great. Really impressed!
The Broccoli cheddar soup was very good. Our baked potato tasted like Metal some strange reason. Called the restaurant to tell them about it. They said we had to go through door dash to get a refund.
This location opened in September last year. We arrived after church on a Sunday. The place was hoppin! This is my first visit to this location. Parking lot was full and the line was almost to the door. However, they had a guy who was greeting people in line asking for party size and finding seats and notifying us what our table number was! Very impressive. They were fully staffed and very helpful and pleasant! We moved through the line quickly and ordered. French dip for me and a turkey sandwich toasted. Food was great. Drinks were delicious! We sat down and were served our food in about 8-10 minutes. We even saw the manager serving food. They were turning over the crowd quickly and everyone around us seemed to be having a great time. We will definitely be returning to this location soon! Hats off to the entire crew for great customer service!
