Worst experience I've ever had in my 30 years of life very very unprofessional staff I went to the drive-thru my order was wrong so I tried to go inside and talk to somebody about it front door is locked so I had to go back through the drive-thru I tried to tell the girl that my order was wrong she told me to pull up to the window when I pulled up to the window she said what is wrong with your food I told her it is not what I ordered and I gave her the receipt I told her you rang it in wrong she tried to argue with me about my order she told me I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about and I was a POS and I needed to get out of her line and I was holding up her drive-through there was nobody else in the Drive-Thru instead of admitting her mistake I will never be back to the store I truly hope the store gets closed and this woman never works in customer service ever again
I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and they told me they didn’t have the food I ordered why didn’t tell me earlier
Ordered & paid for a KFC chicken sandwich & a LJS Fish & More meal with three extra planks of fish. Opened bag at home, no extra fish. And no reply from parent company after sending complaint.
We have been to many KFC’s and Long John’s (this location is a split restaurant). This location seems to be getting worse over time. The last few times we’ve ordered from here it has been wrong, or worse.Even today- my husband and I tried to get our usual that we get at long johns. For the first time in over 20 yrs I was unable to get what I want (I order the same thing every time) Instead, I paid the same amount for less food and a drink I didn’t want. They put ice in the drinks when we asked for NO ICE. Thankfully, I didn’t want the drink because a girl that was working SNIFFED THE DRINKS! She took the lid off and put her nose in our drinks. Like I said, thankfully I was not even wanting mine. I’ve never had this much of an issue at a drive thru in my life- and I have even worked in fast food and drive thru… Food was fine, but I doubt I’ll be back.
The food is manding in the service was horrible as for silverware bed server was very rude had a headset in air and was talking to someone else other than me when I was placing my order 100 to you to sit down and eat I've looked up and realized that he was talking to someone in the dining room they were communicating backwards through the headset that he had in his ear I highly recommend that if you proceed to talk to someone at a restaurant make sure that they're clearly hear you but there is nothing stuck in their ear and that they are paying attention to what you say because evidently I have to repeat myself three times in order to get my order right good luck to whoever comes in next
Attempted to order via the drive-thru on 12/1/2021 at 11:15 am. When the order was given & we had asked a question, we were met with vulgar language. Needless to say, we left & won’t be returning to Long John Silvers.
Passing through and decided to stop.Food and customer service was excellent. The male cashier was very polite and friendly, appreciate that.Handicap parking and easy access to the entrance.Highly recommend this place.

I was handling multiple orders and the staff was amazing. As simple of a gesture as it may seem, it mattered greatly to me and I thank the crew for all they did.
I only went to try the lobster bites which aren’t available at this location so I thought we’ll since I’m here guess I’ll get something. Wish I would have went somewhere else! Food was disgusting. Fish was tolerable. Chicken on the other hand I couldn’t even bite into it. Hush puppies well if I wanted to bust out a window! Fries were cold. Wish I could say I enjoyed the ice tea but no! I’ll stick with captain d
