The store was closed due to staffing issues but they did not turn off online ordering for the date of closures. Pizza was ordered and paid for online but the store was closed when you go to pickup your pizza. I understand staffing issues and the need to close because of it but management for this location should take all necessary steps when closing the store such as turning off online ordering.
Location does not answer their phone. My order was not delivered to my house.
I had called Them and Told them very respectful that they probably want to make sure they are cutting there pizzas I was told 8 minutes and I was there until 7:28pm my order was put in @6:56pm anyways when I called the lady who answer was rude her tone in the voice wasn’t respectful at all I get your busy but you should always have a professional attitude not a rude one anyways when I explain to her that she wants to make sure the pizzas are cut because we all are paying and waitting a long time she said I quote That’s a 1 in a life time we always cut our pizzas didn’t even say sorry I didn’t call to complain! I called to give them a heads up who wants to buy food ? Wait a long wait just to drive home and Get a un cut pizza ? No one ? but for me it’s food and I paid for it and they were busy ! I do give the cashier A thumbs up he handle everyone with respect ! Even when they were getting busy that is how a manger should act ! Anyways This location needs to talk to there team and make sure That even though they are busy ! All the pizzas that come out are cut properly & Cooked all the way !
My order was over $35.00 which is alot of money to me. I don't mind spending that if my food is Hot!! Which it was Not!! I waited 45 mins for the order. Manager was hiring a couple while she had a new guy on the register that just started. She was Very unprofessional talking to these people about everything under the sun when she should have been helping the new guy at the register. The workers are yelling in the back they were out of things. What a mess!! Never again!
A lack of communication call for 15 minutes before couldn't get through to order my pizza get there tell the lady she says I'm so short staffed I'm not even answering the phones there was four people in that kitchen so I placed my order pepperoni light sauce she says it'll be 8 to 10 minutes come back in she asked about the pepperoni light sauce the guy says the green pepper light sauce is over there she looks in one box close it goes back over to the cut table pulls a pizza yours coming out now sir cuts it brings it to me since there you go thank you very much sorry for your wait I get out to the van open the pizza when I leave most of the cheese and pepperoni is slid to the left from when they slammed it on the table because it had so much thoughts on it was like a little island of cheese and pepperoni in a sea of sauce

This restaurant is disgusting when I walked in I saw a mouse. Dominos is 100 times better I immediately cancelled my order when I walked in.
I have never been dissappointed at any location always good and hot and ready
This pizza is supposed to be "hot and ready" and it never is. I'm fine waiting but every time I do they forget to make either one of my pizzas or bread sticks. And they always just let the food they did make sit out and get cold while they make what they forgot. Usually I have to say something to eventually get all my food. And they always yell at the cashier when it's clearly the cooks fault. You can tell the employees here care very little about customer service. I always have to wait 40 minutes for pizza that is supposed to be "hot and ready".
The pizza was excellent. Great pizza was hot and ready. However, had to wait 15 minutes because the customer in front of us bought all the pizzas.
