I have asked more than once to make sure the chicken I ordered is extra crispy and more than once they have lied to me

I absolutely love their barbecue wings. You have to wait because they are made-to-order but so worth it.

I have never received such small pieces. Literally need to order two combos to be full

We ordered a family meal. After adding a couple sides the bill came to about $50. Half bone in half tenders with 3 sides and some biscuits. My wife waited for over half an hour at the store. We figured if we had to wait at least it would all be fresh. How wrong we were. The only part of our meal that wasn't stale, cold, or looked like it came out of a microwave, was the gravy. It was honestly depressing serving the family. Absolutely no one was excited to eat it and I ended up making pbj sandwiches for the kids. Can't stress how much we regretted spending our money here. There are so many better options for chicken. Maybe just stop at this location if you need gravy.

Everything was good but I tried the crispy chicken for the first time I'll stick to original

Waited for almost 5 min at the window. There were no silverware packs and closed the window before asking for any condiments.The worst was that everything was wrong! I basically paid $21 for cheap mashed potatoes!!!You can even see our receipt in the photos… 2 famous bowls- 1 no gravy, 3 chicken littles, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy.What we received was a loaded bowl with 4 micro pieces of bread supposedly surrounding chicken, another bowl with the same amount of chicken BUT with a Tablespoon of gravy… it was hard to FIND the gravy. Then, asking for a side of mashed potatoes with gravy… again, NO GRAVY!The 3 chicken littles… forget pickles or even more than a “spit size” portion of tartar sauce!DON’T RECOMMEND- WONT BE BACK!

I have been going to this location for 30 yrs or longer. I was never so upset as I was on 1/26/2022. I arrived there about 6:15 pm and waited my turn. I wanted a 8 PC box only. The girl was trying to charge me a fill up price of $20. I ask ok how much for the 8 piece fish only box and she said $20. I told her that wasn't right. I left and went out in my car i pulled up your menu with the prices and went back in.. I waited behind 2 customers and 2 was waiting for Door dash orders.. 2 customers told me good luck while they was leaving. The girl at the register literally left 3 customers stand there 15min and stop ringing the register.. when I finally got waited on it was after 7pm. I showed her the menu and she went to get a manager. In a few minutes the .manager came out I showed her the menu , now this is just your menu not the ordering app. I was told I had to order on line. I said what are u talking about this is your menu. I told her I have been coming there and ordering it for yrs. She never even tried to find it . Never one time did she look at the register to even look. I told her she needed to learn her job. I was very upset when I left. The whole time I was there 1 door dash and 1 customers left the store. Please tell me that your managers are better trained in customers service. I. Ieft and took my money to Lee's Famous Recipe

This place seems to run out of food often. How are you running a chicken restaurant and running out of bone-in chicken? Unbelievable.

Went there at 8pm on 11/4/21. They supposedly close at 9:30pm. They said they only have tenders and popcorn chicken. I know it takes less than 20 minutes to make a batch of chicken. I'm calling corporate tomorrow.

The last several times we have ordered from here, there are several items missing/incorrect. Yesterday was no different. They gave is fries with all of our meals, even though that is not what we ordered. We were missing 3 sides.
