If able to give a half or no star I would!! About 20 minutes before they closed at 10:30pm, I arrived at drive through. I heard two people talking outside “we got one coming in” (myself) and later another car coming in. Waited a long time with no answer, coughed, yelled “hello” and reeves engine to get anyone to take order! NOTHING!!! As I went around building, there was a worker in there just walking around…be prepared to answer a corporate call tomorrow! NEVER going to go to this place and I definitely don’t recommend it!
KFC on 42, Florence, KY. Ordered dinner tonight through drive through. Got the worst meal possible. The food tasted stale, like it had been sitting around for awhile and was cold. The biscuits were a pale white color and doughy on the inside. The entire meal was inedible and when I wanted to call to complain, I noticed they had not given me the receipt.How could they not know a white biscuit means it isn't cooked and still put it inside someone's meal box? This all comes down to poor management or lack thereof. How they are still in business surprises me.Will never eat there again, will not recommend this to anyone.
I ordered a chicken combo for HERE. I was given my chicken in a bag, and received no plate to eat on. When I told them my order was for here, they told me I couldn’t get a plate to eat on. I then decided to eat somewhere else. When I asked for my money back, the manager raised her voice, and screamed at me.I will NEVER set foot in a KFC restaurant ever again.
Very great service may want to check food order as they seem to be known to get orders wrong but easily fix any mistakes when you ask.
I love kfc, but the pieces of meat appeared to come from dwarf chickens. Where do you find legs, thighs & wings that small. Damn!! I needed 2 orders to equal 1...
Worst experience I've ever had in my 30 years of life very very unprofessional staff I went to the drive-thru my order was wrong so I tried to go inside and talk to somebody about it front door is locked so I had to go back through the drive-thru I tried to tell the girl that my order was wrong she told me to pull up to the window when I pulled up to the window she said what is wrong with your food I told her it is not what I ordered and I gave her the receipt I told her you rang it in wrong she tried to argue with me about my order she told me I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about and I was a POS and I needed to get out of her line and I was holding up her drive-through there was nobody else in the Drive-Thru instead of admitting her mistake I will never be back to the store I truly hope the store gets closed and this woman never works in customer service ever again
Always delicious. There $3.99 ? sandwich is the bomb for something as basic as a ? breast, pickles, with mayo on the best bun in the industry. Not to mention, that this particular KFC is attached to a LJS and their ? planks are magnificent, as well.
We called in an order for a family size meal. It was ready within min. I chose to pick up inside. Everything was delicious. The employees were attentive and very friendly.
Nasty. I was floored how yucky it was. Chicken tender was killed prolly the year I was born. Cooked the next year and saved 50 yrs to serve. Fries ? and poor biscuit was hard enough to use as building materials. Sad beings it is in Kentucky. The colonel Sanders would be so disappointed...
Had a horrible experience!They wanted to charge me $23 dollars for a 3 piece chicken box with 2 sides and a chicken little.. the menu shows the box is $10! The manager then tells me it’s $12 or $13 and the chicken little was like 2.40 or something tell me how 13+$3 equal 23???? Lolol on top of this I had them modify the order because that is ridiculous then I receive 3 chicken legs and 1 chicken little for $13 like seriously ?? so pretty much the sides was gonna cost me $10 ?? the cashier had no idea laughing with another girl likes it’s common sense!!! It became such an ordeal I pulled off when I should of got my money back instead I took the food for my son smh ?♀️ he still didn’t get his entire meal and it was ridiculous they said the prices went up that is fine but explain why the menu says something different then what they said so does the online ordering I’m so over fast food lately but this was a horrible experience probably the worst I’ve had going to nasty KFC for my son LOL I do not recommend This store at all I recommend go to a different one!!!
