I applaud the owner he's a very good man I've had the honor of meeting him a couple times but the staff he has working at a few stores especially the Mount Zion store is just terrible me and my wife have been there several several times at the Mount Zion store the staff is always kind of rude but the other day was over-the-top I personally was the only one in the store I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and they started to make it and pushed it down to the end they didn't have another prep person at all who started working on different order end up waiting in about 8 minutes 10 minutes before somebody start working on my sandwich and when I said something person said if you don't like it go somewhere else so that's why I started doing I wish the owner the best like I said he's a good guy but the staff he keeps is horrible

Everything was fine until I had to pay. I couldn’t use my points number for some reason and the girl acted like she had no clue what she was doing and the key pad was filthy like it’s never ever been clean. I’m not one to say anything about the pandemic or Covid but this was just nasty. Beyond nasty. I can’t imagine the amount of germs and bacteria caked on that thing. I wanted to puke. I had to have my kid grab the food because I needed to get to my car to get my hand sanitizer. Do better.

I've always loved Jersey Mikes and the one thing that has always stood out to me about them is their excellent customer service. This location was the complete opposite of any experience I have ever had at a Jersey Mikes. I have worked several several customer service jobs and I understand we all have bad days, but this was completely unacceptable. Everyone was super friendly besides the bigger girl with a scorpio tattoo on her wrist, I tried to ask her name but she got extremely angry. To start off my mom had asked her to go easy on the onions as she was putting them on, she grabbed the onions off the sub and threw them while sighing and rolling her eyes. She did the same thing whenever anyone had asked for something not to be on their sub, even when they originally ordered it. My friend had never been to jerseys but I told her to get the sandwich mikes way with no onions, when she asked for mikes way no onions the lady threw a fit and told my friend to "read the sign, i don't have time for this." Everyone else who seemed to be working with her seemed scared and skiddish around her. I can't help but wonder if she treats her co workers like this too. I have never had a worse customer service experience, and something needs to be done about her.

So I placed an online order at about 8:30 and it said that my order would be ready at 10:00 am the next day they close at 9. So my wife stopped by to question them about it after having to work late and they decided to be rude to her for coming in 10 minutes before they close. She asked why can't they take an online order 30 minutes before close but can take a walk in 10 minutes before? His response was because I have to... Great response. I'll contact corporate tomorrow and see what they have to say.

I felt the need to leave a review because of HOW WELL the staff here was handling a lunch rush just now. They were so efficient event though there were MASSIVE online orders coming in along with a long line of customers. Yes, our wait was a little longer than one would normally want for a quick lunch, but these individuals were working so hard and deserve to be praised.

Ordered 5 sandwiches at 1pm to be ready at 215pm for pick up. Got there at 220 figuring it wouldn't be done because it never is. And waited ANOTHER 20 minutes! Unacceptable!

Every time I order from Jersey Mike’s my food is screwed up. I ordered a #44 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with extra buffalo. I got a tiny squirt of buffalo on my sandwich. The chicken wasn’t tossed in it, you can barely see it on the sandwich at all. Sloppy presentation among all.

Long time customer. Love jersey mikes. Ordered delivery and received the wrong sandwich. Person answering the phone told me they made the correct sandwich and more or less deal with it. So I am dealing with it by letting everyone know that the mt Zion road is a little sketchy when it comes to service. To be honest, Very shocked at the attitude and probably won’t stop at that location anytime soon

The lady that made all of our subs did a great job and knew what she was doing. she was probably the crew leader and was very polite,friendly and helpful. I'm not sure $60. For 4 subs was a bargain, but everyone thought that they were very good...

Worse sub place ever made all these places need to go bye bye. And there service was horrible they were snotty and stuck up and got the orders wrong and there foods that were supposed to be cold were warm which was like cheese and meats and pickles and stuff ya it was nasty.
