I was big fan of Jersey Mike's. Enough less than stellar experiences have turned my opinion. Walked into this location for a "to go" order about 20 minutes prior to closing and took note of the three faces that definitely did not want my business with the lead throwing down a cleaning towel. One look and I saw the problem. The employees had already cleared the prep trays and cleaned the counters so that they could go home right at the listed closing time.The closing time is for the customer, not the employees but apparently these folks didn't get that in their training...or perhaps just didn't care. Doesn't matter. I understand a long day. Mine started at 5am... most likely well before their day started. They didn't want my business and I obliged.
Awesome service. Little slow because I came in 30 mins before they close. They were polite and kind. I’ll be coming back to this location ⭐️
I normally love Jersey Mike's. I watched them make my sandwich and they slice everything in front of you. I'm about 5 feet away and the employee is slicing the cheese and putting it on the bread. The cheese was so thin I could see the bread through the cheese. The same with the meat. Unbelievable. I will never go to this Jersey Mike's again. I know times are tough and try to find ways to cut costs. Man a sub is $17.00 with tax. Please make me feel like I got something for my money.
Great experience at this location, as usual! The staff there is so kind and thorough, even when they are swamped. I placed an online order right at lunchtime and everything was perfect and prompt.
I have been going hear for a long time when I went in to day one of the workers had a nose piercing with a stone that looked like she had snot coming out of her nose I didn’t get a sub and will be finding another jersey Mike’s to go to
I like Jersey Mike's the only thing I have a problem with this I think they're a little bit too expensive $9 for a half a sandwich but it was a good sandwich I will give you credit for
Poor service. Ordered 2 subs on wheat bread. Didn't happen. Ordered a #13 it was okay put on white not wheat. Ordered a #43 not wheat we got. Supposed to be a chipotle steak on wheat. Not wheat we got. Some kinda chicken with bacon. Girls were to busy talking and working. Took over 10 minutes to get hot sub. And when we got it ,it was colder and totally wrong. Not happy. Going to find another jersey mikes. Very poor service.
Always a good choice, the staff were friendly and courteous. the place is always clean and orderly and the food is always great..
This is a good place to eat, I also like their Philly Cheese sandwich.
I was just made to watch while my sandwiches sat in a puddle of oil and vinegar for 15 minutes while online orders were put together before mine.This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, but the past 3 or 4 times I've been the wait has been outrageous. In a setting where your food is made right in front of you, there is no reason for service like this. I actually got home and threw my food away after a couple of bites because the bread was completely soaked.Inexcusable.
