My server, Philip, was there in a timely manner. He took my order and about 10 minutes later I got my food. Very fast service. Everything was hot. I got soft scrambled eggs ( perfect), pancakes and sausage. It was delicious. Philip was a very attentive and polite server.
Have eaten food from this location twice, the second time was to replace a terribly incorrect order. The second order was correct, however, it was far from good. The person we ordered with over the phone said she'd have everything made fresh, mind you this was dinner hours. All of our food was cold. Most of it tasted very stale, and the hashbrowns were awful. Eggs like rubber and tasted a week old, French toast was mediocre at best and no syrup given on an order with french toast and pancakes. Bacon seemed old. The only redeeming things in the order was the fruit for our pancakes was a decent amount and the chocolate shake that was delicious but five dollars for a small drink sized shake is awful. It wasn't even full. There were four cars in the lot at dinner time, between 5 and 6 pm, so not sure why the food was far from fresh. I don't think we will be going back a third time.

We took our family to eat, and we stood there waiting to be seated, and no one acknowledged us. Other families came in behind us, and the lady with the long black hair seated 2 families in front of us. Very unprofessional.
The service was great! We were seated immediately and our server was extremely friendly and funny. She gave us a unique and amazing experience. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. There were so many great parts of our visit and now that they are open 24/7 I will definitely be visiting more often!
Food was good. Our server was kind and polite. They were way understaffed. While our food came out fast those little 6 ounce drink glasses are not very useful for a grown man. Our server had too many tables to get us a refill. By the time we had our first kiddie glass refills we decided to not ask about the unlimited pancake deal we paid for and left hungry. It wasn't just our server. The table next to us waited over 20 minutes after they were seated for a different server to take their drink order.
Night shift only had one waitress who made us wait while she was only attending two tables; the entire area was empty. Told us it would be 30-45 min to be served. It seemed like she made us wait longer in order for us to leave, along with another table that got there at the same time. As soon as we left (after an hour without being served!), she finally decided to attend the only table left. Even the rest of the staff came out and asked several times if we had been attended but they were only cooks so they weren't able to take our orders. It's a good location; unfortunately, the waitress on the night shift didn't seem willing to attend the customer's well.

My husband and I waited over 20 minutes last night for someone to acknowledge that we were wanting to be seated.. (mind you there were only about 5 tables that had guests and 2 servers working).. unfortunately we were acknowledged but not seated. The waitresses were too busy playing around in the back with whoever Alec is and the lady mopping the floor. The kitchen had music blaring so loudly you could hear in it the restaurant doorway and someone in there likes to drop the F bomb really loudly. After waiting over 20 minutes and not getting seated we finally walked next door to cheddars. Get it together IHOP. We won’t be coming back.
