I love hooters and used to work at one myself! The shrimp were not breaded all the way the food was just so cold and the server kept forgetting our Alchol drinks.. I’m very patient when it comes to all of this but the women’s bathroom had no toilet paper and the dryer didn’t work (I do understand it’s a older building) I feel bad for the girls hopefully they don’t have to use those restrooms! and no paper towels either. Just very disappointing since we drove all the way from Columbus to have a fun girls trip! Love hooters but it seems like there not all the same quality!
not only did we wait 2 hours before getting our food, but our order wasn’t correct. took 1 and 1/2 hours for Kyrstin to tell me they don’t have the salad i ordered. didn’t even offer to refill my fiancé’s beer or my drink until she brought the check. TERRIBLE service.

Where to even start…my family and I should have known when EVERY other restaurant in the area had at the minimum wait time of an hour, except this Hooters….there was an underlining reason. When seated, we waited over 10mins for a server to come to our table and get a drink order. Knowing things are a little on the slower side, we placed all orders when drinks arrived back to us. It took 45mins from time of order until the first plate (which was cold) to arrive. Not one time we’re we offered an apology or for a manager to come speak with us. This is HORRIBLE customer service! As my very first time ever visiting this food chain, I WILL NOT return. Please, do better.
The bar tender absolutely makes this location. Can't wait to go back !!
Took a few minutes to be seated, restaurant wasn't busy but we were just happy to eat after flying all day. After we were seated we placed an order and shortly later the wings came out. One problem we both ordered fries and they were no where to be found. The waitress was too busy worried about entertaining her friends visiting than servicing the tables. My wife began to get upset after waiting on refills and fries that never showed up. The hostess had to check on us due to the waitress dropping the ball. After the waitress and my wife had a small argument she asked for the check. And this is when I became embarrassed, she gives us the bill with Tip on the receipt doubled circled. I've always tipped my server and I was immediately offended by this. We probably won't be returning to this location. I love hooters food better than twin peaks but your service has fell off. We will go to the Newport location if we want hooters again.
