I ordered a coney, a kids 3-way,chili cheese fries. When I was handed the bag,I looked inside to make sure everything was there. They forgot the cheese,crackers, plus chili had leaked out onto everything. Even the napkins had it caked on there. The woman seemed so annoyed that she had to come back to the window. So I just left the place. I won't be coming back.
Lunch on the go! Uh... over ate, Again! I can't help it.... their 4 way. I walked in to get 2 cheese coneys; smelled the chili and SOoooo, I ordered a 4 way. Uh...Yep, I'll b back because it was ALL SUM.Michael ❤️
Chili portions seem smaller even though they say it's the same. My chili was cold when I got home and I live 8 min away. Had to wait and ask a second time for hot sauce ketchup and napkins. I work in food so I know it's ruff but dang it when people ask for something should be in bag. I spend forty bucks and they crammed in in one bag

When it comes to Cincinnati chili, I'm a skyline fan, but I give gold star five stars if just for the burgers and fries. Don't sleep on them. They're fabulous.
I enjoy this location any time of day for anything on the menu... The staff is polite the store is always clean and the best part is the food is prefect every time...
We were a large group who showed up at closing they were friendly polite and awesome to us and our waitress was absolutely amazing this was one of the best services I've ever had at a gold star will make sure that I go back to this one if for nothing else then the great people they have working here they deserve a raise for how good they are truly
I love Goldstar but, on this particular night, it was buy one get one free 3 ways because Bengals won the previous night and this place was beyond packed! I need oyster crackers to mix into my 3 way and, I wasn't given any. I was told afterwards that they were all out of crackers and I felt like that should have been said before I ordered and paid for 3 ways. Had I known, I would have ordered something else. Irresponsible on their part for sure.
Love Cincinnati chili and gold star does it the best not to mention their double-deckers are also great
the last two times i have been there they said they were out of crackers not good i like crackers with my 4 way
