Horrible. The worst and most expensive meal I have ever had. Steak chewy. Scallops flavorless. Kroger level sushi. Soba was Ramen. Not buckwheat noodles. I do not know how the hibachi service is and they were busy. The gyoza sucked too. Table totally wobbled. Geen Tea tasted like chemicals and the tea pot leaked. Tempura Shrimp made with Panko, too, not Tempura.IF you want very good Japanese food go to La Hiro in Florence KY. I suspect Fuji is Korean because they had Bulgogi and bibibop. Haru has better Korean. And they make yakimandu that beats the Gyoza of Fuji. All I can say is we judged Fuji by number of customers.

5/1/22 Dinner was great, all items nicely cooked on grill. Great group experience or to meet new people in a group of 6 - 12. Great fun for adults and kids.They also have sushi bar dining, table menu dining, and a small bar area with decent selection.Went on a Tuesday night, immediately seated. Entertaining and a good meal, though shrimp and lobster was overcooked.

First off they simply do bad business. If they make a mistake no matter how big or little, they take no accountability and do nothing to rectify it.Me and my friend ate there for dinner today. We sat next to a family of three at the hibachi table. So we eat, it’s fine. Then we get our bill. It’s correct, we give our card. Then they bring back the bill after running the card and give us the wrong bill & wrong card. It was the family of three sitting next to us bill and card. The family had already left. With our card. So we go up and speak to a manger and explain what happened. And all she says is I’m sorry and worries about getting the right bill and having us fill it out. We mention to her to give our phone number so if the person comes back they can call us to get our card. She offers no discount or nothing for this major mistake. And to top it off, the male server tried to get us to fill out the bill so he would get tipped still knowing it wasn’t our card or bill. I’m not sure what kind of restaurant thinks this is okay in the slightest and does nothing to even help the situation.

Ate there for the 1 and only time since we were in transit. Had a good feeling when arriving: parking lot nearly full, welcoming water feature inside,... But that positive vibe ended there. Ordered drinks at the bar while waiting for a table. There is broken glass on the counter that they are not cleaning. They gave us the table right next to their station by the bathrooms when there were other tables available. Ok... My daughter ordered Yum Yum noodles and took one bite. They were awful. A decent waiter would have asked about the food and done something. Not here. They never removed our empty drinks from the bar, empty plates,... They never gave us the items that come with the entrees (like miso soup etc...). Our rolls and sushis weren't bad, but not the best. But really, the place seems overwhelmed.

If you like oriental food cooked at your table for entertainment then they provide that. However the food was lacking and the way in the restaurant was dirty smoking area with trash there

Omg! This was my first time ever eating here & ever seeing the hibichan make the food! It was the best experience ever! I will definitely be going there again. Amazing show & food was so delisious!! Very beautiful place, & very clean. The server and cook both wore a mask. They had amazing customer service too.

Chef lots of fun. Food delicious. Tea not so good.

I like this place a lot. Great memories with friends and family over the years. The only negative I have is the place seems to be degrading in quality or no effort is being put into keeping it at the same level of presentation or quality unfortunately. Still love the place though.

Very nice place, we had a great chef, my little ones, 5 and 2, had an absolute blast! Food portions were very generous, and quality of the food from the steak and chicken to the rice and veggies were top notch. Priced right in line with other nice hibachi grills.

This place was an exciting Atmosphere, the server was very good, I didn't like that Gratuity was automatically added to my check, because I paid for only myself and I was with five people. I could see doing 10 people or more being an ex server. It was packed when I got there, so please expect some time but the chef was great and interacted with the table very well.
