the entrance of the restaurant was dirty need vacuum and dirty check out counter.that nasty. they was not busy.work just talking and sitting around. bad for business food was ok
AWFUL. Stopped in on a road trip, looking for a quick bite to eat. I wasn't expecting much and was still disappointed. I ordered the soup and salad bar before seeing it. Big mistake. The only vegetable was wilted lettuce and no soup. I was told it wasn't set up yet, but would be "soon". 20 minutes later and still nothing. When I asked the waitress why she let me order it, she repeated that it was going to be set up soon. They did not appear to be understaffed. A lot of employees were standing around chit chatting.
Good service, the server didn't write down our orders and forgot one person's order. To be fair though we did have a party of 9 and everyone got something different with different sides. Every drink and dessert was correct. The server was patient and kind and even brought extra water without being asked. The temperature of the food was lacking though. It reminded me of a cookout, picnic or potluck. It was neither fresh and hot nor was it cold and unpalatable.
The atmosphere, and the service was prompt. The food was absolutely delicious!! First timer!!
They were really busy when we visited. All the staff kept their cool and worked together to get all the customers taken care of in a timely manner. Food was really good. We'll stop by again.
It is never ok to call another server a count because she is upset because another coworker dropped an entire tray of drinks and it soaked her. Also when someone orders a hot fudge cake it would be awesome to get some cake and ice cream to go with the hot fudge. The highlight of the experience is that the server who we had did say he was sorry for the.mistaje on the hot fudge cake.
The teenagers were jumping in the mop water puddles splashing it up into the fries and all the food containers. I watched water go everywhere as they continued to see who made the bigger splash. I was at the window for 15 minutes watching this unprofessional act. I asked to speak to the manager for a refund being I did not want mop water fries! The manager is as rude as the teenagers! Said it was perfectly natural for them to splash mop water on the food prep counters because they’re teenagers. Now I understand fast food workers are not required to have an education much less average IQ. But food safety should be a major concern to prevent food poisoning. The absolute worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.
Big boy was put together really nice and neat. Not sloppy like I've had at other Frisch's.
I just went thru the drive thru to get the cranberry pecan salad, which use to be amazing. I haven't gotten one in at least a year. what I got for $10 was a container full of lettuce with 4 pecans and a small handfull of pecans and the chicken was in a seperate container and definitely not the same quality as years past. I won't be back!
the guy working the order taker and drive-thru was very good he's a young guy I can't I don't know his name but he was very thorough with his job and I work in fast food myself and everything was great food was great everything was great highly recommend
