I have been eating lunch here almost every week for the last 8 years and the reason for this is Lori B. She is absolutely the best waitress. She sees me coming and has my drink, silverware and napkins on the table before I reach it. I never ever have had to ask for a refill on my drink. She always provides a refill before I can ask. She is the reason I pass 2 other Frisch's and come to Florence. Ask for Lori B.!
Great food great service Very friendly
My wife and I ordered dinner from the store in Florence. First the girl didn't know that we ordered large drinks and she brought out small. My wife wanted mashed potatoes and gravey which they forgot. Then ordered carrot cake for dessert which turns they were out of(fine) asked to have it taken off I was told by the manager that they couldn't we could only exchange it for something else because we ordered online.
Had such amazing service tonight with Tracy. She is the best server I think have ever had. Great service. Great humor. Great woman. #roadhouse ?. Good luck with everything!
I haven't eaten at a Big Boy in years. It was such a nostalgic trip down memory lane. We had the breakfast buffet - probably not the most healthy meal I've ever eaten, but so good! The French toast sticks were as good as I remember!
Our waitress Cathy was THE BEST! I explained we were traveling from out of state and that I hadn't eaten there since I was a kid in California many years ago. Well she went and asked the cook to make our burgers California style(different special sauce) Sure enough that did it. My burger tasted just like I had as a kid! Talk about going above and beyond! Very friendly and attentive staff! Our server brought new drinks and food out extremely fast and continued to check on us throughout our meal. Food tasted amazing!
Shaman was our waiter Wednesday evening, and he is AWESOME ! He made sure salad and soup was stocked and our food orders were hot and cooked exactly the way we wanted. What a wonderful experience when you have such a friendly and knowledgeable server. We will make it a priority to return to this location on Wednesday evenings to ensure we get Shaman as our server !
It was my husband and my first visit to Frisch's, we went to the Florence, Kentucky location mid-February. Honestly was the best experience! Staff were absolutely top notch and the food was so good. Would definitely go back to this location again
I'm new to the area and today was my first time eating at Frischs''s. I had a big boy with onion rings and hot fudge cake. The food and service was amazing!! Fast friendly and efficient service but most of all she did it with a smile!! I will definitely be back with my family and friends!
