Fast, friendly, efficient and excellent best describes this location. The staff on duty today, 4/07/2022 was not only friendly toward customers but the conversations between themselves kept me laughing the whole visit. Great ambience!!!!!!
Food was good. Not sure what all of the yelling was about between employees. More than the usual announcing food orders. Just strange.
Visited recently during my drive through KY.This place was a bit away from freeway but food was good.Tables and inside was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with my order.Would recommend this place.
Really good burgers, but I only seen two guys working there. Don't get my hopes up five guys

Good Hamburger and French fries fresh made while you wait. The place got busy fast w/ take out orders mostly.Entertainment was average current rock on speaker. Plenty of seating but quite awhile before table(s) are cleaned. We cleaned ours also noticed other customers cleaning theirs.Price was equivalent of similar competition. I'll probably get back here.

Husband and I got a couple burgers with fries and some sweet tea. The burgers were plump and juicy, the fries crispy and fresh, it was very good. We would go back again.
I had a complaint a few months ago and it was adjusted by the manager. Since then it's been great they make the greatest burgers and fries in Florence if you ask me! I go there probably more than I should keep up the good work.
Went here for first time after getting off work at 9 pm good vibe friendly staff burger was average nothing special the fries were the star tho they were definitely fresh cut tasted like my homemade fries and were delicious and they add an extra scoop to ensure bottom of the bag fries
