We LOVE their food. We live in fort thomas and the last two times we tried the one closest to us ( crest view)we had no service. Literally 45 minutes wait before we left because food wasn’t ready and we were going to run late.. as we left one time they had the food in hand but it was cold… SO we decided to try out the Florence one today as we miss their food. I am So glad we did as they have the same great food but you actually get it at this location.In fact, we had our food within 20 minutes. We usually stick to their avocado toast or their breakfast tacos or the chickichanga- which I got today. It was hot, flavorful, and great textures all over. I love this dish! He got the chicken salad which we had never tried before . It was interesting- not your typical sandwich but an open faced with cheese melted on top of cold chicken salad. I liked the contrast and he liked it but not as much as our local sandwich shop. I already know he will go back to the avocado toast which is so goood!I only marked 1 star off for the bathroom. I hate to do it but it was gross and while the stall may have been from the previous person. The rest couldn’t… restaurant appeared clean
It was busy when we got there but enjoyed our visit while waiting. When called to our table, it was a little cramped, but we made it work.We both ordered the Skillet hash. One with scrambled eggs and one with over easy. Both included an absolute delightful dish of jelly for the toast and to our surprise we also had a little bowl of fruit. When our food arrived it was HOT! Fresh off the grill.Our server was attentive and we had everything we needed.
Food was fine...once we got it. We were lapped - people seated after us were walking out before our order arrived at the table. Server explained that "the system went down" causing the delay. Causing the delay for our table, that is, as everyone else must have been on a different system. Server, out of embarrassment I'm sure, essentially ignored the table. No contact from a manager...certainly did not feel to valued as a customer. I might go to First Watch in the future, but not that one. And, by the way, the check for the meal was delivered promptly, so no waiting there.
Ordered the sunrise granola bowl online and picked it up, opened it up and there is a hair in my bowl. I love this place and order this exact meal at least twice a week and was very disappointed today. Can’t call because they are now closed.
While some menu items shine, this breakfast spot leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is rather pricey, and two mainstay breakfast items, pancakes and french toast, might as well be plain bread. Specialty drinks, while tasty, are very pricey with no free refills. I also had to wait over 10 minutes to pay my bill in order to leave, I am not coming back to this establishment.
I had a really great experience here! I loved hearing the staff in the kitchen communicating with an upbeat tone. My sever was super professional and very personable. The food was excellent and they provide a different style of cooking compared to a lot of other restaurants where everything seems to taste the same with the same options. Greta job !
I ordered for delivery for the first time today, I ordered a few different dishes to try them all and see which one I like. I'm looking for healthy foods so I wanted to try a few places. I have never been able to say I loved everything I tried anywhere else, but First Watch I loved everything I ordered! everything was amazing and tasted fresh and fantastic. I can't wait to come back and try some more!
Good service. Food as always is great. Only issue is when they seat you at 2 person table with 20 condiments on it, way to small and cramped.
No One was in a hurry. Which is either Good or Bad. But Hey for $12.00 eggs Benedict. It prob doesn't get much better. I miss the MoM and Pop shops of the days gone by. Where a slow waitress was promoted to dishwasher if they couldn't get it done.. But it seems My complaint gets ignored. And the employee is applauded for their effort. The Customer is always wrong. And were lucky to even be seated. GOD Bless America.
I always go for the lemon ricotta pancakes, a salad and eggs. Never disappoints! The food is fresh and hot with a health juice choice off the menu. Definitely a popular spot so try and come early or call ahead to avoid long wait times.
