Short staffed tonight, waited fairly long to order and a decent amount of time to get food but still a 5 star experience thanks to Kristian D.She was beyond spectacular as she ran the register, ran food out, apologized to everyone multiple times and packed out orders. She took time with each one of us at the register and never made us feel rushed. Fazoli's and company's like Fazoli's only survive in this current climate thanks to employees like her.Also shout-out to the cooks tonight, food was delicious!
This restaurant was staffed by three people and at the time of my visit, they were having a huge rush of big orders. They handled it like champs!!Champs!!! These ladies, YES ALL THREE LADIES, SLAYED THE DAY!!!!If I or my family want Fazoli's again, this place has my business forever!Not only were they aware that they were getting slammed, they handled it with ease and told all the customers coming in what was up with the wait to order and get their order to the table. They didn't miss a beat!! Even when I asked one of the ladies to get my drink cup for my order she was courteous and friendly about it all and made the whole experience worth the wait!! The food was still hot when we got it back home too!!Thanks to the ladies at Fazoli's on Burlington Pike in Florence, KY!!! You made our night!!
Got to say this place is always awesome great fresh hot food and best bread sticks in town polite workers and everything was right! These girls deserve a raise Jenny and honesty they are on point with customer service
Jenny and honesty are amazing workers they keep this store running. I am a frequent flyer here and they really do a wonderful job with timing, cleanliness, and mannerisms. The food is better when they cook it too
This location is awesome. Always super friendly and food is always great. Grace was so nice when we came through. Great customer service. Will definitely be back.
Aside from having to eat pasta in the car due to this location's decision to disallowing In door dining for all but one seemingly special person, The cashier taking orders was a little slow and disconnected from the job, and planet. He spoke so softly it was unintelligible.The Food was slow to arrive and customers were left to dig through each other's bags to find which order was theirs. Even after checking with the gentleman to make sure our order was ours, it was actually someone else's. When we did get our actual order it was slightly wrong-missing ingredients. I am totally understanding of mistakes and since it was promptly made again correctly, that's all I expect and need to be happy as a customer.The food was hot, fresh, was and it was delicious. It's been some time since I had been to fazoli's, so I'm not sure how long but it seems there is a new menu with lots of new options.
So enjoyed my lunch experience here, the food was really good, the bread sticks are amazing, they were fresh and hot. The Store was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly.
Fazoli's is always consistent. They aren't authentic Italian, like mamas. But, you always know what to expect - reasonable quality, reasonable price, and... bread sticks until you burst.
Absolutely amazing food. Everything we ordered from here was delicious! It did t take long, good prices and friendly staff.
If it was possible to rate this Fazcoli's it would be ZERO -Had to sit in drive thru with two orders waited 20I had coupons and several orders . Got the window ask to see the coupons. She said just come in and i will help.Was i was walking closer to the door she opens the door and said sorry we are closed and locked the door.. Called next day to ask for a manager and i explain the concern and she said* I AM THE MANGER I WAITED ON YOU BUT WE WANTED TO GO HOME AND WE ALREADY CLOSED THE KITCHEN.
