I love Emerson's Bakery so much! They have been my go to for any baked goods that I've needed for years along with my family. Respectful, polite and eager to help people! Their cakes are so super delicious!

I ordered a dozen doughnuts and two of them were supposed to be powdered. I opened the box and inside were two cake doughnuts with just a hint of powder on them. I called to complain and I was told that the powder must have flaked off. However, I know better than that.
It was Friday they were not taking cake orders for the weekend why are they open. Did not discuss any options as far as what would be there in the store to come in on Saturday look and see what there is there nothing just that they're not making cake orders
The product quality at this mom and pop bakery is top notch. The donuts always fresh, the Danish baked just right. I’ve been coming to this store for over 2 years now and the service has really been the greatest. The lady who runs the morning shift is especially nice. I believe her name is Katie. I recommend this bakery to anyone looking for some tasty sweets
My daughter turned 4 this week and we did not plan a huge party, all she wanted was a cake with Snow White her favorite princess! I ordered the cake on Wednesday and bad weather came through Thursday and Friday. I needed the cake today which is Friday and i saw online they were closed so i just assumed i wouldn’t be getting the cake. Steve Emerson called me himself and made sure they would have a cake ready for us to pick up. They made accommodations for us to pick up the cake due to the weather and made it happen. The cake decorator went over details of the cake with me and they made it right away! I highly recommend this bakery, the owner told me, “we will do anything when there is an emotional state of a 4 year old at stake.” We have always gotten our cakes from Emerson’s and will continue to!
I would like to give a shout out to the young lady that helped me place a order for my nephews 16th birthday cake this morning she took her personal phone to send me the different designs for a cake very patient and professional. We can not wait to pick up the cake Feb 12. Thank you for all the patients and helping us pick the perfect cake for him. From the day we places are order till pick up we have to say we are happy we chose Emerson’s cake was delicious and perfect for my nephew special day! Thank you Emerson bakery!!
Placed my order over phone on 2/8/2021 for my child's 3rd birthday cake it was sesame street... The lady did not inform me till after taking my order and info that it required money before pick up because people had been canceling I said that was fine I could pay some... I went in on 2/10 and paid for the whole cake the lady gave me a receipt and had the order ticket in hand... I went to pick my cake order up today on 2/12 and it took almost 20 mins before they said they didn't have my order and I'm pretty sure if I wouldn't of had the receipt I paid for on the 10th they wouldn't of even remade it... Well this wasn't the worst part they said they could remake but it would take 30 mins extra time so if I would have stayed and waited I would have been late for my son's party so I had to go to the party place and then come back 30 min later in that time I had missed some of his party and it was very inconvenient on me to do this... I just don't understand why they said I had to pay some up front because if I wouldn't of came in and paid some like they said they probably would of never lost my order ticket... So please don't charge people till they have there cake and they come and pick up... I've ordered from many places and never paid till I had order in hand... I will probably never come back here again because of this mistake. I only ordered from this location because it's there main location and was close to the party location. Please have your workers tell people up front about money needing to be put down instead at the end of the call. Also have a better organization of the orders this has never happened anywhere else I have ever ordered... I love your donuts and other things just didn't like the situation y'all put me into today.
We placed an order with Emerson’s on 25 a week ago for my son’s 3rd birthday party, paid for the cake in advance. When we were placing the order, the employee was very rude and short with us but gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she just had a bad day. Went to pick it up today and they didn’t make the cake and had nothing to give as an alternative. My son’s party is in 4 hours. This was the same lady that took my order a week ago. She also refused to give my full refund and refused to call the manager. We have always been a fan of Emerson’s but will NEVER visit or order from them again.
Having a few people over to watch the first playoff win for our Bengals in 31 years. Emerson's cookies were a nice festive addition to our snacks!
