First thing me and my husband were told was "just sit wherever you want" with a rude attitude and a eye roll. After taking our sits menu were put down and serve member walked away. It took about 10 minutes before we got a welcome, or how are you doing. It was completely rude. Food not the best and took a long time for it being 3 and no one there. We go up to pay and we see all employees talking, playing games on their phones, Eating chips. They had no care in the world over being rude and treating us poorly. When paying we even got attitude. They didn't seem to like they're jobs or even care how the customers felt. It was the first and the last time.
Israel was an awesome server. Food was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend coming to this location.
Called at 655pm to place a take out order. They advised 10 minutes for the food. So I headed that way and got there at 710pm (takes around 11 min to get there). The lady at the front says they are working on your order. It was then 735 and the lady says they are almost done. Mind you it wasn’t busy there were only 4 tables there. I tell her that I was told 10 min and it has now been 30 and her response was “ I am not the cook, sorry” and walks away. Finally got the food at 742. Got home and the rice and beans were as if they were sitting out for a long time (beans get dried and crusty) salad was wilted. The tacos were ok and the enchiladas were decent but overall food was not great. Service sucked and I will not be going back. I’ll stick to a Nopal and Valle Escondido
Horrible Experience!! Everything started out fine, but as soon as we ordered, our food came out wrong 2x . Then our sever didnt come back to get refills or even to get us our check for almost an hour. We decided to get desert (this was not a good idea) what we order was not what was brought to us. It was a sad fried tortilla with a freezer burnt scoop of icecream. We also got the kiddos churros which also came with the same ice cream. They did not eat it, i dont know about anyone else but ive never seen any of my kids not want to eat desert. Needless to say we will not be back. We are usally very understanding when it comes to service but this dining here was absolutely terrible.
I have been dying for Mexican food and they did not let me down!!! The food was sooooo good and it was plenty. The arroz con pollo was everything I needed! Also had the shredded chicken quesadilla which was juicy and seasoned perfectly! 44oz margaritas were good too.I'll be back for sure?
Food is ok but service was miserably slow each time we went there. Not returning back ever again.
The food was alright. What you get for the cost was mediocre. Most of the lunch items were $9 or more and the portions were adequate. Ordered a chalupa but what we got was a bellow average Taco bell tostada. Also got a shrimp burrito. That was much better and really good but not very filling. They have outdoor seating but I wouldn't suggest it. Its about 6 feet from the road and not very welcoming. Overall, not a bad experience but not great.
Even though the food wasn't bad. And the ambiance was decent for a Friday night. However my wife and I felt rushed by our server which entail left an bad experience for her and I. Which made me sit through that experience thinking I should have went to white castle for dinning experience. So I do hope that this was only a fluke and that this place has top notch service which will lead to great reviews thank you
The food is delicious and service is excellent. Meal is served with very short wait time and very hot!
Great food,awesome waitresses and the food comes out so hott it sizzles,awesome food.....margaritas are great... there is a bar there too...
