Good service and atmosphere. Food was decent in flavor and portion. It was not a bad meal, but not the best ever. Well not be my top choice for Mexican style cuisine, but if someone wants to go, I won't say no either. Margaritas were very flavorful but lacking a little in alcohol. Overall prices were the high point however. Felt full after words and fed the entire family under 100 bucks. Did not get desert.
Pleeeeease work on your customer service!!! I don't know what happened since covid, but service is terrible now. I used to come here twice a week. It took 40 minutes to get my food, and I never even got checked up on by the server for another drink or chips or anything.
Have driven by this place hundreds of times and eaten at so many places around it... Finally last night it was time to give it a shot, wish years ago when first driving by and seeing it we would've stopped and tried it... First greeted friendly and then from start to finish our server was just great!! The food and margaritas were right on point also... Between my kids and my wife and I we ordered kids meals, chili verde and a chicken dish, everything was great and can't wait to come back
Upon arriving. We were shown to a Tae quickly.. we were greeted by a server right away..and menus were given..within minutes we ordered..within minutes our meals were delivered..hot and complete.. throughout the mealtime..we had to constantly ask for something..more napkins..more water..to go box ..twice.. etc. Meals were delicious..server wasn't .observant. he didn't really care..
Horrible. Was seated at a table, had a waitress bring chips and salsa....then nothing. After almost 20 minutes we had not been contacted by ANYONE. Didn't even get water. We left. I left my phone on the table, my wife walked in 5 minutes later, the table had not been touched and no one even cared.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME....better off going anywhere else.
I wish I could give a zero star. This is my favorite restaurant and what happened today.. I don't even think I want to go back. We waited 10 minutes to be talked to, then another 20 to only get 2 of our drinks while my toddler sat there thirsty after eating the chips. I had to give him my drink. Left money for the drinks and cheese dip and we left. Ive worked in restaurants for 18 years and been a server for the last 6. I understand all manner of things but THAT which just happened. Was unacceptable.
They wait until you pay with a card, wait until you leave print a new receipt put a tip and then sign your receipt.
The guy that works the front desk and answers the phone when I call to order is always super friendly, helpful, and I have never had a wait time of over 15 minutes for the food to be ready. Also when I show up to pick my food up he is also super nice and always makes it a point to not just have me pick up my bag off the desk but to grab it and come around and hand it to me. Customer service is just top notch. They make me feel like they actually appreciate my business unlike some other places of business. And of course the food is always great also. Always come back for more.
The Chipotle Chicken is a must try! ? Delicious drinks and food with kind-hearted servers.
Our server left in the middle of his shift and no one would take over his station. I couldn't even find someone to give me the bill. I was instructed to go to cashier and he would figure it out. Noone cared about our experience.
