I've been here 4 times in the past year and each time was treated rudely.Now I doordash and I refuse every order that comes in from here because I absolutely will never step foot in this place again. I'm a very easy going person, kinda on the shy side and they make me feel very uncomfortable.
I came here for donuts...not bad service, communication, and attitude. Example: The 3 sour cream donuts that I ordered tasted weird/bad...I tried to tell them nicely and ask if I could exchange them for plain chocolate and she said "It's your fault, not mine!"...to which I laughed and said "You're the ones who made them, not me." To which she said "I didn't make those...(pointed to the plain chocolate and continued) I made these." Cue Cary Elwes slow blink. "Whowh...nevermind."Last one and then I have to go...Every time I order a plain _____ donut, I have to confirm that means "no sprinkles", but even if I say "no sprinkles" they say "Sprinkle or no?" ?♂️ I...I just can't anymore. I tried... Oak Brook and Emerson's are less than 5 minutes away. Lesson learned.
My ladies at this Dunkin’ are absolutely amazing! They are fast and efficient! I always leave with a smile on my face and exactly what I ordered every time ?
I wish I could them no stars. My wife is a go to dunkin doughnut person and very friendly. There is one woman and man that work there that are extremely rude. I always come here and get a sweet tea and they always give me a non sweet tea. Then i have to drive back and correct it.They cant even get a sweet tea correct. We will go to a different location from here on out. It's not worth it. Take the extra drive to a good location.
This place is always packed, and if you don't know what they have by now, you probably don't care about this review. I love going in because these folks don't mess around. Ordering here is a lot like getting food from moms house. If your order isn't right, it's probably because you didn't communicate correctly and when your food is ready, you had better pick it up immediately. Love these people!
I go to the one in Burlington mostly but Was in this area so decided to stop at this one. Every time I go here they're always in a rush to take your order, and they get it wrong half the time. Today I went and ordered an iced coffee with mocha with cream and sugar, but got charged for cold foam I didn't order? The lady repeated to me that I said I wanted cold phone and I kept repeating that I did not. When I said the first time I didn't order it, it should've just been that. I work in fast food myself, there's no reason to argue with paying customers. Accidents happen. If she was more nice about it and said sorry, it wouldn't of been a big deal. But you continue to say that I said something that I am repainting I did not say it's not good customer service.I was also not offered a refund for the charge of he foam. When they remade the coffee, they didn't put any sugar in it. Looks like I won't be coming back to this place anytime soon. If you want the Dunkin go to the one in Burlington. The ladies are very nice.
This is by far the worst store I have ever been too! Dunkin is my go too coffee the lady working the cash register on 2/21/22 10:50 am was extremely rude she would not make my coffee how I wanted it . But the other girls will . She’s very disrespectful and I don’t think she had any customer service at all! I won’t be back
I will never come to this Dunkin again. The lady is rude and refuses to make my coffee how I ask yet every other Dunkin or coffee shop has no issues with substituting cream in my iced latte instead of milk. Then proceeds to tell me she refuses to make it because that’s not how you make a latte.
Simply put..... By far the BEST Dunkin I visit. I get great service pretty much from them all but thus 1 goes above and beyond. They know your order before you even order lol. Love them.
Morning donut run. Store was busy, both inside & drive thru, but staff was helpful, courteous & friendly. No need to say the donuts were delicious ?
