Day or night, this location gets the job done. Stopped in this evening for a late day coffee and the staff greeted me with a smile and great drink. Little things matter!
“ Mckayla Thee Manager… “Is rude told her my food was smashed and she said she’s not going to pre-make our food and what in my name and information.. whoever hired her as a manager needs to figure out the qualities that she has because with her customers she has none she needs to pay attention to detail and figure out who is making the food and packing it I told her that I would personally get the names of all the staff that were on the shift and have them reported due to their bad quality of service. Never will I return to this Dunkin again due to the management.
I dislike leaving bad reviews on food places especially being a former food service worker myself. However, I simply can’t compute how 1 single place can mess up every single time without fail. Want your favorite menu item? No! Prepare to get a mystery item instead! Ask for a coffee? No! you get a sewer water instead. Want a bagel? No! You get a burnt flying saucer. Want something remade? No! you get another girl with badly cut bangs tell you that’s just “how it’s made”. There is no structure in this god forsaken place, and not an inkling of customer service or training. And it’s especially unnerving considering I only see 1 customer a day in their drive thru. How are you going to have 14 workers in the kitchen and still manage to mess up?
When pulling up to the speaker and the lady started talking, there was people in the background laughing really loud and she made us repeat what we wanted because she couldn't hear. We asked for 6 donuts, 3 each in different bags. 3 chocolate icing donuts in one bag and 2 chocolate Boston creams and 1 powdered Boston cream in another bag.We received 3 chocolate cake donuts in one bag and 2 chocolate Boston creams and 1 white icing jelly donut.Terrible service today!!!
Went here twice on our trip and both times were quick drive thru and both coffee and food were perfect. Service was fantastic.
My order was wrong. I called them more than 20 times with in an hour and each time my call was ignored. Please don’t go there.
Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too my bagel was a brick that one bite almost broke my tooth it’s sad
The customer service was HORRIBLE. The “manager” Dee was extremely rude and all the other employees behind her. my coffee went straight to the TRASH as soon as I pulled out. I told her it wasn’t right and tasted the water and she had no concern what so ever. I will NEVER go to this location again.
Been going here for quite a while and they never mess up my order. The ladies who run the drive-through do such an amazing job in the morning. This location is way better than the one on 42.
Service and products were great. Their parking lot is ridiculous though. That planning commission should be taken back to school! ?
