Just bought a medium pepperoni pizza. It was the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. The pizza sauce looked like it was painted on. I barely could find any. My next pizza will not come from Donatos!
This is the 2nd time i went to this Donato. they messed my order up twice. I'm a vegetarian told them over and over no meat. The put 3 different meats in my salad could've sent me to the ER my pizza was over cooked and looked dry. Plus they over charge for them.i pay 5 dollars cheaper in Lexington ky were I'm from. Just work in Florence ky and believe me when i say they the worse Donatos i every been to... monday I'm calling the main officeDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
They were in midst of remodel but very kimd and attentive

Food was made just as ordered, on time and hot at pickup. Employees were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Around the location and in the parking lot it was clean. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
Pizza was over cooked, no sauce, and cold. We did order at 11pm but we still should have fresh hot pizza. Since they close at 12. Tried to call the store. No answer plus we ordered bread sticks asked for both garlic butter and sauce all we got was less then half filled sauce cups
Whatever two guys are working tonight(8/30/21) deserve some recognition. First off, it’s only those two working tonight. Second off, the guy working the front brought my order to my car When he didn’t have to. So thank you. It’s the small things people let go unnoticed but I appreciated it more than they know. And the food is amazing. As always.
The veggie pizza I ordered was Perfection! Extra spinach (and not many places give you extra) and was made exactly how I ordered it. Karen was excellent at making sure I got the perfect pizza which I ordered. Thank you Donatos
First pizza there was good. Second time I was disappointed. Third time entirely disgusted. “Thicker Crust” was not thick at all. It was thinner than hand-tossed and tasted like cardboard. Ingredients tasted old and dried out. Will never eat there again.
The waitress was very nice.The pizza was not all that.
