Let me first say, I NEVER write reviews unless it is absolutely deserving. I ordered a pizza for my son at 6:17pm today. After it being an hour and the tracker still showing "prepping" I called Domino's in Florence to check on it! I talked to Lance and he apologized and explained their situation! I then told him I ordered a pizza for my son so that I could have him eat prior to me going to the ER due to possible covid. He was one of the most genuine people that I have encountered in a long time in customer service! He checked on the pizza for me and pushed it out as quick as he could! Not only this but I just received a coupon via email for a free pizza that I was NOT expecting but definitely put a smile on my face even with me feeling so awful! Thank you Lance for being so kind and understanding!!! You deserve some recognition and a raise!!!
Took an hour to get our nasty food. Had to go find the delivery guy after watching him pull in the parking lot and turn around. The person who I talked to when I called 45 minutes after ordering was rude and lied. I would recommend people avoid that place
Honestly I hate to be this person.We ordered our food at 12:30 AM, here it is 1:30 AM and our food was still saying quality check. I called and spoke to someone, who said “no it’s done, it’s just sitting here waiting.” So I sent my husband to get it for us instead, the guy told me the delivery charge and tip would be refunded. He refunded the tip, still charged us the $5.99 delivery fee, and our food was cold..
I come here more than I'd like to admit. It use to be SO GOOD. It's gone so so downhill. The pan pizzas are half crust now even with ordering an extra 2 kinds of cheese. I'm so disappointed. I also sat at the drive thru window for several minutes and was never acknowledged while an employee ate pizza just inside the window. I eventually just went in to get my order
Except for a few very rare circumstances this restaurant never fails to deliver the product as advertised. Only complaint I've ever had is if you order a Brooklyn style with extra sauce they need to put wax paper under the pizza because it will quickly seep through and glue itself to the Box.
Ordered a chicken Alfredo dish. One of our favorites and it was do dry it took a long time to choke down half of the dish and that was only cuz I was starving. And no chicken except one tiny tiny piece. It's as if they forgot the sauce and the chicken. Yuk!
Was on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Unacceptable from any business. I have been ordering from dominos twice a week for 4 years in a row.
Not too pleased. Placed an order online, the app said it was delivered, but I did not get it. After 25 minutes on hold I get through to the store. They asked what I ordered, I gave them the info. I was told it would be remade, and out to me quickly. When the delivery arrived the delivery guy argued with me as to were the original order was delivered. Ok, you made a mistake, we move on. But he kept going on and on. I said thank you and walked away. I then checked my order, and it's not what I ordered. The pizza was a large Brooklyn with chicken, bacon, onion, extra cheese and spinach. There is no chicken or spinach. It is dry and cold like it was made yesterday. The onion look like an after thought. The parmesan bites are dry, nothing on them. Also, the cinnamon bread twist are plain no cinnamon. I get you are short staffed, but it was like you said you don't care about your customers. Not cool at all the.
Order was incorrect yet they refused to remake it. Left without getting what I paid for with no refund. Tried to call multiple times afterwards to speak to someone about it but no one ever answered. Don't order from here - go to a different Dominos at the very least, or don't at all. Short staffed or not, that's no excuse to blatantly ignore customers, charge for incorrect orders, or refuse to fix mistakes.See Drew & Kenai's reviews below (among others) and ask yourself before ordering: Do you trust this Dominos?
Never had a pizza cut like this. The slices aren't anywhere near being equal. Also, our chicken wings seemed barely done as the skin was VERY soft. Someone didn't even try on our order. I tried calling the store about it and couldn't get through. They put a message on their answering service about being short handed. Just because you're short staffed doesn't mean you can't make quality food. We'll think twice before ever ordering from here again.
