Service...meh ---drinks...sub-par (missing all kinds of ingredients to make drinks they offered...and then the blood orange slices they put on top of my Peloma looked to be mummified)
I must say this place has went down hill. We took my son there for his birthday. There was about 15 of us. It took about a hour for our food to come out and we got really easy stuff. Salads were soggy and food was cold! We had to keep going to the bar to get refills or ask other servers for drinks. Not sure where our server kept disappearing too! The manager helped with drinks a couple of times and we even asked her what was taking so long on the food? She just went back to the hostess stand instead of checking. We asked why are salads came out plain and the server said the kitchen messed up. After 25 minutes she came back out with the stuff for the salads and we were like we are done the salads are not good.. we just pushed the salads to the middle of the table. The server got mad and said I chopped these tomatoes myself! I’m sorry but after 25 minutes we no longer were needing them. We got tired of waiting! We had to go ask the manager for our check n we told her about the food and service and she did nothing! Her customer service was great! NOT! We enjoyed the games but will NEVER eat there again! We spent a lot of money there and the food was gross and over priced! Never again! And shame on the management l! I will be calling corporate!
food was horrible but the games was good
When we got our play cards( we brought our own 3) we asked to split on the 3 cards. Was told it was fine. And then he put it all one one card and said nothing he could do and we should have told him at the beginning. Which we did. But whatever. He was just rude. Then just walked away from the front. Our plates at our table were disgusting. But the server we had was awesome and took care of everything.
This is a teenage paradise. Younger kids not so much. My kid had trouble playing and on top of that teens/adults are stingy with games. My kid also earned a 1000 tickets, upon trying to purchase something from the 1000 ticket shelf it rang up as 2500. My kid was pretty upset considering they stuck to the section of the ticket prices we had. A really nice person gave us their card so we could purchase the stuffed animal. Spent $50 left with a $15 stuffed animal.
We got $60 play cards and it lasted us 4 hours!!!! Food was ok but nothing to brag about. But I find that common in places like this. Your there for the fun not amazing food.
I'm not a big fan of spending money at Casinos an Dave and Busters but I took the wife out on a half off tickets day and I had a blast. It was entertaining with so many machines, the employees were very helpful, the atmosphere felt fun but not too kid-ish and most importantly it didn't smell like smoke unlike other places near by that I visited.. Overall extremely satisfied but STAY AWAY from the spongebob machine...it's super addictive ?
I enjoyed my experience at Dave & Buster's overall. My family and I celebrated a birthday here, so we enjoyed a smattering of appetizers including the pretzels, pretzel hot dogs, chicken wings, ribs, and nachos. All of the food was tasty and fresh, and the service was great overall. My only complaint is that several of the games were out of commission and a few quite working while I was playing them.
They have recently added some new games to the floor whi h is a nice change. The overall cleanliness is surprising for as many snot noses running around. Good mix of fun for kids and adults for a pricey night out. A $25 card may last a normal person 30 minutes. Food is decent and have a full bar.
Sat for over an hour, half the table got their food but didn’t receive the other half! Horrible horrible service!
