The food was good as always, but the staff all kids under 18, were just standing around laughing and talking. They were doing some work obviously, but you could definitely tell it was an hour until closing and they just didn't care at that point. It took me 25 minutes to get one burger and fries. The Culver's where I live in NW Indiana is an absolute machine and super fast. This one needs a makeover.
Waited 45 minutes for 1 burger and 2 kids meals only to receive the wrong order. I witnessed the manager and a customer get into a screaming match and employees in the back yelling at one another and cursing. I went to get a refund because I couldn't wait any longer with my small kids which were crying because they were starving. Our food was finally ready as we were ready to walk out the door. The kids meals were hot and fresh but my burger looked like it had been scraped off the bottom of a shoe. Will never go to this location again!!
Menu for the drive thru is way too big. Service is extremely slow at times if you happen to get stuck behind someone with a crazy order. Food is good most of the time but they forget or get stuff wrong a lot and unless you wanna sit through the drive thru all over again, you're kind of screwed
Waited 20 mins in the drive thru, rude lady taking orders, and then I’m halfway eating my sandwich and find mold on the bread.
There was a very rude customer in front of me. She wanted a changed a shake and they did change it. She got very upset and threw the shake at the employee. Luckily the drive through window was not open. When I got to the window, I told the staff how sorry I was for them to have to witness such disgusting behavior.Your staff was professional and kind, and deserve a raise for having to tolerate such bad behavior from any customer.Yes, the customer is not always right. As a matter of fact, this customer should be banned from any of your restaurants for life.
Came in with my boyfriend and son for dinner. We hadn’t ate Culver’s in a while so decided to go eat here. The food was decent but the wait time was really long and the restaurant was gross and dirty. No tables were clean, floor wasn’t swept, trash bins were full. There was also an employee walking around talking on her phone saying “These ‘M——fers’ are so lazy here”. The food is also expensive. I expect better service for what we paid for.
I will not be back. The past few visits have been horrible. Dry, overcooked burgers: so bad even the dog wouldn't eat it. They leave out sides and condiments often.When you call to complain, they clearly don't care and then send a coupon for a 4 dollar item when your order was missing and had ruined food of a way higher value.When it's made right and fresh, it's delicious. But I can't remember when they lastade my order right or included everything in the bag.
It may be great for some but I wanted soft served yogurt and they don't have that. So I got a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream. It was So soft I had to use a spoon.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Culver’s with extremely long wait times in the drive thru, but tonight tops the cake. I arrive to the drive thru at 8:45, I don’t receive my food until 9:30 and when I do receive my 2 MINI CONCRETE MIXERS AND ONE DR PEPPER (not a complicated order AT ALL), they’re melted and with the wrong toppings. I’m in the food industry and I understand it can be stressful, but this was a Monday night and it was not busy. The kid at the drive thru, after only placing part of our order, proceeds to sweep, vape, and be on his phone, instead of giving us our concrete mixer we saw sitting in the window. He was unapologetic, slammed the window, and did not communicate as to how long we had left for our order or as to why we had sat at the window for 20 minutes. I understand restaurants are short staffed, but as someone in the food industry, I know customer service is priority, and tonight, the workers just did not seem to prioritize that. I will say the concrete mixer was pretty good, but I am highly disappointed in the service.
Great food. But waited in the DT line for 45 min. Last time went inside and the wait was 1 hour. Dont understand why the wait is so so long
