Love this place so much. It’s our favorite.
I found a golden car from 2020 when my fry chicken was cold after waiting 30 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes to get our food. I had not used it because of Covid so we were at Sams and decided to use it for dinner. After asking if it included alcohol the server went to ask and came back to tell me it was expired and the manager said they could not take it and it looked like the date was changed if I had done that I would have made it for 2022 not 2020. I don’t know what has happened to Cracker Barrel but service has changed is a shame because it was a wonderful family restaurant
Ordered take out and was missing part of my meal. I get it, mistakes happen. The problem is, I can't even reach anyone there to complain and get a refund. I called multiple times over the span of a few hours.Also, my wife was there eating in the dining room before she grabbed my takeout and they also didn't bring out part of her meal. They had to make it and bring it out to her after she was already finished eating. Seems like there are some internal quality issues.I paid my hard earned money for my food, so I expect to get what I paid for. If this business can't deliver what they advertise, then I expect a refund. Overall just a terrible experience.
I love the meatloaf. The okra & green beans were a treat. I enjoyed cornbread but the biscuits were especially tasty. Our server was efficient & friendly., It's always fun to browse & shop in the attached cute country store!
The food rarely disappoints and almost always friendly good servers. love the stores too.

So many choices of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, sides...All looked great! I was having a breakfast. The food was excellent plus much larger proportions than expected especially for such a good price. The dining area (and whole store area) were immaculately clean.Our server was most helpful, attentive and very friendly.Splendid place for 1 or many + family friendly.
Besides the wait it was great! We got chicken and baked potatoes. Our waitress Sarai, was so kind and funny! The only eccentric thing i noticed was the store was on the opposite side of the restaurant. The food was perfectly cooked and was very well prepared. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Cracker Barrel is a family favorite of ours on trips and also a very good dinner. Thank you!
I think everyone knows the Cracker Barrel is known for its good old home/diner style meals. It is a family friendly place where most entrees have a sauce on them. The prices are reasonable and the service is usually on the mark. Expect a short wait to be seated if you are going at a peak (meal) time. I had the roast beef with broccoli and carrots. My guest enjoyed the pork chops (available on Saturdays), fried apples and loaded sweet potato.
