Took the kids to eat there, I cannot have pizza because of the strict diet I currently on but thought I will get a salad. Well that didn’t happen either they had the bar set up but were cleaning everything behind the bar they told me it would take like 5 minutes….. 30 minutes later still no salad and still got charged to eat. Manager would not refund money because it’s not their policy. I have been a customer are this location for years well not anymore
The man who was bussing tables was amazing. He had my dad laughing a good portion of the time. I really appreciated his kindness. I will be coming back.
Now I know why I hadn't been here in 3 years. Short staffed and the people that were there were doing the best that they could do. The real issue is the other customers. Please parents... teach your children what manners are.
One of my favorite Cici's I have personally ever visited! I have been a regular here for the past 2.5 years and will continue as long as it's open. ?
The Pizza and the Treats were delicious. Everything was nice and family friendly.My only complaint is the wings. I ordered 5 Parmesan garlic wings and when they came out they looked liked raccoon ankles. Very small no meat nothing like the picture next to the register. I didn't even eat them. I want to request a refund on them but they were only $5. Other than that it's a nice place just definitely do not get the wings.
There are a few different locations, one in Fairfield Ohio and the one in Eastgate that I have tried. This one had the best tasting pizza out of them all. I didn't see the macaroni and cheese pizza, maybe they have done away with it? But I snuck in early before all the kids showed up and before it got all unbearable. It is not a restaurants responsibility to train kids on how they should behave, but it can ruin the entire experience of eating out for other customers to hear screaming kids while they are trying to enjoy a meal. But my taste buds were satisfied and the tummy filled for a small price.
Visited after lunch rush but buffet still had plenty of choices. Noted employees replacing pizzas that were there for a while with fresh ones. The bread sticks are dangerously delicious.
About the worst visit we've had there this afternoon. Plenty of workers, but for some dumb reason, they would cook about half a dozen pans of cheese bread and several pizza's of the same types at a time and put them under the counter and wouldn't put one out until the last piece was gone. Now, the next pizza is cold. So, it took forever to get something. Won't go on a weekend again.
Great choice for pizza and salad. If they don't have it, they'll make it. Cheap for family experience as well.
