Sad employees shrimp was fried everything was blah
Wonderful restaurant. Great decor, very unique, you will not be bored in your seat. We had a parry of 12 and the manager handled is wonderfully. We were sat sooner than our expected wait. Drinks were refilled often and food was brought out hot and promptly. Starters were nice and early. Everything was hot and delicious! One of my favorite eateries!
We had such a wonderful time at Chuys! First off, we had a party of 17 people and no reservation. Linda was our hostess and she was a real Gem! So sweet and attentive, she made sure we were taken care of and somehow managed to find seating for all of us within 20 minutes! On to our server; y'all she was the goat! Nothing but smiles, laughs, and amazing service!! By the end of the night we were all giving her hugs and trying to get a raise for her from the manager! I believe her name was Dinasha, but forgive me if that was wrong. She deserves so much praise for all of her hard work.The food, what can I say; portions were huge, chips and salsa were plentiful and the taste was outstanding! All around fantastic experience!!!

I’m not one for complaining but it’s really frustrating when you pay extra money for something 3 different times and you get this. Apparently I paid $13 for a tortilla instead of a CHICKEN quesadilla.
Friday night out for a good meal and some Margaritas. Walked into Chuy’s to grab some Mexican food and drinks to find out half way through our meal that they closed at 10 PM and they would not serve us after 10. Ridiculous closing rules that they stop serving everyone in the place after 10 PM. You would think that if you walk in to have a meal that they would at least continue to serve you until your finished. Not Chuy’s. All there other competitors are open til 12Pm.
It was my first time being in Kentucky and we found this place to have dinner. Once your seated they have a free appetizer of chips with cheese which are endless. The chips were great and filling. I had gotten for an entree a steak burrito with cheese, lettuce, and rice and beans. The burrito was 9/10 for freshness and taste. The rice was spot on for a Mexican restaurant in Kentucky and the beans were ok. Price was ok ranging from 10-20 but it was a good serving for the price. Overall I would rate this place a 9/10.
This places service is on point. I don't know who they use to train their staff but other restaurants need to take notice. Everytime we come here we are amazed at the service. The food is excellent too
Sweet waitress got us the details of how Chuy's is somewhat of a shrine to Elvis. Great color scheme. Food okay.
Always great food. Isn't exactly what you may be used to with your local Mexican food. It is Tex-Mex from Texas so it has quite a difference in sauces etc but it is SO good. Highly recommend fajita chicken (or meat of choice) burrito with whatever sauce sounds best to you!
