Had a really good time we’ve been to this restaurant more than one time in the past few months we’ve been taking a friend sisters kids there to get away for a while and it’s always a great time

Haven't been to this or any Chuck E Cheese for years while I was happy to see that they did have more games and it looked like it's been remodeled, I was not impressed that the 3 hours we were there, there wasn't one time that I saw anyone cleaning the machines. With all those hands touching everything you'd think someone would be going around with disinfectant ? also when we left with our daughter, not only was there no one there to check our ( kid check stamp) at the kid check security podium that you guys brag about having, there wasn't anyone at the checkout counter either, she could have walked out of there with anybody not very good business.

We went there with my young autistic child, age 8, super anti social and disabled. We were denied at the door and he said to never to come back. I asked if i could use the restroom and he said fine you can but not your, and I quote, “disabled son”. When I went to the bathroom, I found one of the workers, dressed as Chucke himself, overdosed on the floor and talking to himself, more like screaming to himself. His name was David. I will never go back there and hope the business gets shut down very soon for these acts.

I had a similar experience as my fellow reviewer, Aiden B. I went there alone, being autistic and whatnot, and was rudely denied at the door. One employee even went as far as spitting on me. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

When your 15 year old her wants a Birthday party at Chuck E Cheese, you do it!Our host was terrific! The party had some hiccups, out of their control, but in a pandemic, they did amazing. Everyone left happy!Thank you for the memories!

We made reservations for my great-granddaughter's second birthday they put on a small screen Chuck e cheese singing Happy Birthday. The animals on stage did not work and that's what we went to see. The pizza tasted okay but you got two very very thin slices. Tiny little piece of cake and one ice cream cup very small was a little over 200. $300 with the tip the girl we had was very friendly and worked hard to make it pleasant but things did not work out well enough for the price of it all. Would never go back or recommend

The place could use a renovation ( cleaning) it's been the same for many years. The food is unusually good but high priced. The games are plentiful but several need repaired or replaced. Employees for the most part are well trained & pleasant.

Kid had fun but SUPER OVERPRICED, the personal pizza was about the size of your hand for $9 and the "Salad bar with 20 different choices" that was $11 was iceberg lettuce and toppings that are so bizarre no one would use in a salad, so I had lettuce, cheese and bacon bits for $11! The small drinks were $2.50 each. The games are reasonably priced at $24 for an hour, so next time I will be packing my own drinks and eating before we go.

Honestly I was shocked. I have not been there in years and this is my first time paying for a birthday party. Normally we would jist go to play games. My son turned 3 and he loved every minute of it. He was the only party there so there was one on one with Chuck e cheese. My host was very accommodating. She made sure we got everything that was included wven things I forget about like extra tickets, the ticket booth, made sure everyone at the party had what they needed. We did the cheapest package and still had lots of fun. Even my teenagers loved it. I like their new systems where they have a play pass instead of coins. It was reallt easy for my 3 year old to use and figure out on his own. We got an extra 20 play points for booking on line. And I got 1000 extra tickets for completely a super sort survey. We was not planning know seeing Chuck e cheese. Was told he may not be out. Which I was ok with because was not sure how my son would act. But he did come out. My son was shy but did get up and dance with them. All and all we had a great time. It all ran smoothly.

Took our grandkids for their first Chuck E Cheese experience. Has been years since we had been there and was a bit skeptical after reading sub par reviews. We found the place to be extremely clean and fully staffed. Only a couple of the games were inoperable and a great selection for any age. We chose a $25 food package which includes 1 large pizza 2 drinks and cheesy bread. All were excellent and came out fairly quick. This was a Sunday around 1:00 PM and the place was approx 1/2 full. We also chose a 60 minute game pass for $25 …way more than enough time for 2 boys to play a ton of games. They loved it! Ignore the bad reviews…this place is great for kids and family.
