Management does not respect their employees and forces them to limit menu options based on management poor decision making. Management does not stock the store with basic paper and bathroom goods so all bathrooms were in operable during our visit due to no toilet paper. No changing table for infants in restrooms. Do not support a business that does not support its people.
Went to pick up a door dash and was there at 10:40 I only remember this because the guy working came over and told us they open at 10:45. No problem i thought it's 5 minutes. We go back to car and I watch the guy go and make him a bowl and sit in the corner and eat along with another girl already sitting there. Time goes by while we basically continue to watch each other. Finally 10:47 rolls around and they guy now smoking in the corner continues to sit and the girl gets up and another lady opens the door. I guess I'm under the assumption that places still open when they say and aren't smoking?
Bowl was fine until I find a huge piece of hair in it at the bottom, very disgusting and I had to throw it out. Disappointed and do not want to return to this location.
The staff is rude lack of willingness to do their job. Instead of doing their job they use the excuse lack of staff while 5 workers are in there! I went to order online, online doesn't allow gift cards. I asked then if they could take my order down on their device since I tried online but they were "so short staffed" they couldn't do that but the black and white guy were able to argue me for 10 min that makes no sense. Worst hospitality ever, will not return to this chipotle again. Hopefully they can find better staff.
I pay $30 for two bowls to see that they are barley filled. Seriously, that is what beans that they skim off the top and barley fill up the bowl. I usually eat chipotle a lot so maybe I need to find a better one bc Florence on Mall road sucks!
I've only been to this location a couple times but I won't be back. From the unfriendly staff, the forgotten quesadilla burned in the warmer, the uncooked soft shell around the burrito, and the small portion of food I got in my burrito bowl.. I'll go out of my way to go to any other Chipotle.

Ordered through the app and it was ready on time and the order was right. Very nice. Not 5 stars because the chips portion was pretty small. That may sound petty but I’ve never run out of chips before I finished the small salsa cup in the past, this time I did. But over all it was still good. I’ve certainly had much worse experiences.
I loved the chips, it was well cooked. However I did find few half cooked, but was better from all the other chipotle’s I had till date. The place was very untidy for dine-in so giving 3 stars
Food was great and fresh only complaint is they did not have the brisket as advertised
