I just went through the drive-thru. This is the minuscule amount of fruit on the Greek yogurt parfait?!!! The photo in the app shows a generous helping of fruit. I just paid over $4 for basically vanilla yogurt and pretty much nothing else. I’m disappointed and highly dissatisfied.
Chick fil a Florence I dined in twice during my trip to Florence. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The service was great. It was easy to see why there is a 2 stall long line at the drive through- because the food is so good!!
The grilled chicken sandwiches here are always delicious, and the waffle fries are to die for. They even deliver your food to your table when you dine in! This location was spotless, and has a play area to keep the kids busy while you enjoy your food.
One of the better Chick-fil-A's I've been too. Drive through is always smooth and efficient thanks to the excellent staff. Food's always great.
Best customer service I've received at a Chick-fil-a. Drive thru line wrapped around, and I was leaving with food for 5 adults within a few minutes. Next time I'm in NKY, will visit again!
I get people love this place but I can't figure out why. 20 bucks for 2 little chicken meals for my daughter's. Small drink in a Styrofoam cup and not even a half a pototos worth of fries. Flavor of the chicken is very bland. I prefer canes out of all of these chicken places, but I will never eat again at these prices and quantity. Total rip off. Sorry for.those who love it, but maybe you've never had good chicken before?
Who doesn't LOVE Chick-fil-A?!?!? Very Busy ALL the time but their quick and it's worth the wait! Plenty of parking spaces n Super Friendly!! Great Food with healthy choices!! Their chicken nuggets ARE REAL chicken
This store is the slowest I have ever been to. Every morning I come here there is no sense of getting the customer waited on quickly. Everyone moves in slow motion. I wish they were more like the store off mall road. This is considered fast food but there is nothing fast about their service.
Great people and great food! Had just bought a new car and my debit card didn't work...they paid for my meal! Who does that anymore? Made my day! Thank you Chick-fil-A!!!! Fan for life!
I stopped there to get my Father, Mother and Sister (who's birthday I missed by a few days to buy her lunch) and got them some lunch. It was crowed as usual, and when I got to the line what I wanted wasn't available. But because of the service they give to all customers and directed me to something else on the menu, I said thank you but I will stop at a different location (and I did) and get what they wanted. But I will continue to visit their restaurants. And it was clean as usual.
